    Good value in excellent location

Very good service. Excellent breakfast. Rooms a bit small but well appointed with all controls and connectors easily available. A fraction of the block from day and night-time action. Despite this, very quiet at night. I had to move from this hotel to Westin, a 5 star hotel. Frankly I preferred Richfield.

So, what do you think of the tiny room for over 100 dollars?

Stayed during the international events held in Sendai. it's located in the area of very busy place with many down to earth kind-a- restaurants and bars (Japanese Style), so some people think great location for night outs although a bit noisy for sleep. It's typical so-called "business hotel" that holds many rooms for a single traveller, so the room is very tiny although structured very convenient. The room is clean, with two (bath and face) towels, pajamas. Other amenities are TV (but no English Channel, maybe one ?), Internet, small table and iron press for trousers. Breakfast room is on the 10th floor, buffet style, English explanations are provided but not quite as good as Japanese. Staffs are friendly and they try to accomodate with your requirements, but I am wondering is it really good for the foregners or not.

Great location, among the best business hotels in Sendai

I went to Sendai on a business trip in July 2016. While most business hotels tend to be very similar, this one sticks out because from the outside, it does not look like a business hotel at all. Location: Right at the entrance of "Kokubuncho", the adult entertainment district of Sendai, and only a short walk from the JR station "Sendai Eki". The hotel has an own parking area, several park houses and time parkings (careful, prices differ) around the hotel. Pricing: Not expensive, especially for Japan. Room: My room had a very nice size, a normal (one person) bed and bathroom/bath tub en suite The hotel also offers (free) internet, which I found very convenient. Also, of course, air conditioning. I had a wonderful view to a park house, but what else can be expected in the city center. Service: The room was clean all of the time. The lobby is quite spacious for a business hotel, so it was easy to use it as a meeting point. 24h front desk and security guard are also present. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone that is not looking for a business hotel with a good location that fulfills all basic needs.

Good Location Next to Pedestrian Shopping Street

While it is not located near the train station, it is only a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and just across from the beginning of a series of pedestrian shopping streets. Plenty of food options around, including a Starbucks just downstairs, and a nightclub/pub street next door. The room was well-kept and clean, and despite such a big hotel with a maze of rooms, noise wasn't a problem.

    Centrally Located in Kokobuncho

Hotel Grand Terrace was located just a minute walk to Kokobuncho the entertainment district of Sendai with lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel was old fashioned. My classic twin room was clean and had a nice size. Bathroom was ok. The wifi was very fast.
