  Close to the airport

  This hotel is very close to the New Chitose Airport. Stayed overnight at this hotel before hiring a car to the ski fields. Is a good stop over hotel. Staff very friendly and the room was clean although rather small (which is typical for Japan). It is a no frills hotel and good for a stop over.

  Convenient to New Chitose Airport

  If you are looking for a hotel that is very near to New Chitose airport, then Hotel Grand Terrace Chitose is a good choice. It provides free shuttle to airport (with prior arrangement with hotel staff). The room size is average, but toilet is really small. The buffet breakfast provides is really fantastic with lots of varieties.

  Simple and straightforward

  We stayed here for one night. It was a 10 minute taxi ride from the Chitose airport and the cost was less than 2000 Yen. They also offer free regular bus services to/from the airport. The check in was straight forward as we made our reservations online through Agoda in advance. We had a room with Japanese tatami bed. It was clean and comfortable, even though the place was a little bit old. The breakfast was good too as there was a decent selection of Japanese and Western hot and cold food plus fresh vegetables and fruits. There was a Family Mart across the hotel, so you can buy food or toiletries easily.

  Good value stay for overnight stopover.

  Liked · Lots of freebies at this hotel - free entrance to the onsite onsen, free tea, coffee and popcorn, free use of massage chairs and free smart phone for use during the stay. There was also a free shuttle that travelled at very specific times and often not convenient times of the day. There is a Family Mart convenience store directly across the road. Rooms were of reasonable size. Disliked · The shuttle did not pick up from the airport in the morning. Taxi from the airport was about JPY2000. Communication with the staff was a little difficult at times.

  Close to the airport

  After we missed our flight, I found this hotel have available room adn close to airport. So we decided to stay here for a night. The price is reasonable. They have free pick up from or to airport. The hotel is big and the facilities in hotel was really good. They have reading corner with many famous manga. The free massage chairs. The small onsen. The room was ok with standard facilities. The bathroom is larger than the other hotel that I used to stay. Recommend this hotel.
