Its a bad experience to stay at this hotelI stayed in the hotel on date 17th February, Hotel location was the only good thing. Food stuffs were tasteless with a very high price also you have to pay for the things you have not consumed/Not ordered/ Reception staffs are totally non professional and rude. Neither I will not recommend this hotel to any one nor I will not stay here in future.

Among worst hotels ever stayed in IndiaI have more than 10 years Business Travel experience in India and stayed during these trips in many different hotels. No surprise, the Standard in Indian hotels is not what you are used to see in US or Europe for example. However, Grand International consider their hotel as 3 star, but there is no particular meaning for that. Details of my one night stay: Price: I paied approx. 7500 INR, which is slightly less than 100 Euro. The city was fully booked, so all the hotels took most they can get, which is basically okay, but they should also deliver! Check-in: Not very kind and no word like Welcome, Nice to have you here,... However, got the room key very fast. Room: Dirty! Dead flies and other smashed to dead animals all around the walls. The bed has not got fresh linen after last guest and the pillow lasted, probably, for many more guests before already. It took them about 45 minutes and three reminder calls to change the linen. Black hairs everywhere in the bathroom. Towels have obviously gone through some process, but I would not go so far to call it cleaning. All furniture was very well used and not cleaned longsince. No toiletpaper in the bathroom, which was next challenge for housekeeping to get it there. 2 calls and personal speak to the front desk! After that they took the paper from the next room, Not even a new one. Restaurant: Dinner was very delicious and many different items were available on the menu. The price for the food was very okay. The furniture, floors and walls are dirty and very well used. Staff wasnt very kind at all. Breakfast; actually I cant say much about that. I didnt took anything else than a coffee, which was a Nescafe and took them about 10 Minutes. Buffet was 30 minutes after official start not completed, however, I was not prepared to take the hygenic challenge for my stomach. They touched everything with their fingers and were very less motivated. Some Indian movie was on the TV, which is of course okay, but it was much too loud; staff was not happy when I asked to reduce the volume. There are much better places to stay in India than in this hotel. In my opinion, they spoil the name of good Indian hospitality. I will not add any pics.

PatheticThe lift was not functional for 2nights of my stay. The restaurant has water dropping from d roof & buckets are kept in middle of the restaurant. Rooms and toilets are full of cockroaches & very unhygienic. Parking lot is full of garbage. Please see my attached pics.

Good hotelGood hotel near station as it is just walkable distance from station and has very good food and rooms and linens were very clean and arranged nicely. Staff is also very helpful and co-operative. So recommended.
