  They serve you prison kind of food for lunch

  The minus 1) The room is very dim with poor lightings 2) Very poor WiFi that disconnect frequently 3) Some rooms are very noisy with clubbing noise that runs late into the night 4) The restaurant, main lobby and some floors reeked of cigarette smell. The aroma of the hotel is not welcoming 5) The lunch in the restaurant is bad and definitely not worth the price. Expensive and bad! Almost like the kind of food they serve in prisons. 6) They mess up your laundry The plus 1) Well located 2) Front desk and restaurant staff are friendly 3) Rooms are spacious

  best sauna in pekanbaru

  this hotel have the best sauna in pekanbaru. unfortunately only for men only. they have very big whirlpool cold and hot water. they have many eateries surround the hotel. their room very spacious and clean

  No regular water in bathroom

  The room is big but the lighting is very dim. the breakfast menu variants are standard. there is a swimming pool and spa on the 3rd floor. the worst is no regular water even though there are 2 choices of red and blue but both is hot water in the bath and in the westafel.

  Good location good food

  Close to shopping center, near happy puppy family karaoke. Room is good and clean. All food is delicious. The hotel also provide a fitness center. You can easily find small restaurant serving local dish too

  Nice place and Nice Staff

  The room was nice and clean. Buffet for breakfast and the food were good and had many choices. Also free entry for gym, sauna and swimming pool if you stay in this hotel. The hotel also offer packages for coffee break and events. The price and services is good.
