Okay ishHotel could do with a revamp. Rooms were very basic. Food was repetitive and only 4 hot meals. Mostly vegetarian. Lots of salad selection. 1 desert dish. I expected more of a selection of food for an all inclusive hotel. Beach is a good 7 min walk away from the hotel. We thought it was beside the hotel. Quite misleading. Beautiful scenery. Bus outside the hotel and your able to hop on and off. Everything is in Euro or Dollar which was very annoying. No ice creams available at the hotel. Had to walk 2 min to the shop for ice creams. Staff were friendly. I Didnt like the fact that single men were using the childrens pool to swim and play around and use the sun beds. A few incidents happened with people getting drunk. There should be a limit on how much a person can drink as theres too many kids in the hotel. Kids who wanted fizzy drinks had to go to the bar as there was no alternative to get fizzy drinks. Even at the dinner hall no access to fizzy drinks other than the bar itself. It was NOT a nice place to be around seeing people drunk. Health and safety seems to be an issue there. NEEDS ATTENTION ASAP. I told the receptionist that shouldnt be allowed. It was very weird and I was uncomfortable with that. I wouldnt go back to this hotel again and Ill make sure to not book less than a 4 star on my next

Here for 5 days and that was enoughI travel a lot on my own and usually have no problem finding someone to chat to but this hotel and Kemer as a whole is not set up for us Brits. This was not a massive problem for me because I enjoy my own company but if you are looking at going to Kemer and you are not Russian or Eastern European be prepared to be the odd man out. The hotel rooms are very small but the air conditioning works which is a god send in the summer months, TV is Russian so not worth putting on but hey your on holiday so that's not a problem. Food was not the best not really much choice but the one day they did kebab which was very nice. Bar is only free until 10 but never a queue to get a drink and you get glasses not plastic cups. The bar staff are pleasant especially the young chap. Now I am not usually one for staying in the hotel if it's all inclusive or not but there are no bars around the hotel or indeed along the whole stretch of Kemer just more hotels and shops. Each hotel has its own stretch of beach like most places in Turkey, there was no problem getting a lounger on the beach and the mountain backdrop is stunning but beware it's not sand so put something on your feet. This place is not terrible and has great views and stunning weather but I for one wouldn't go back even though it was very cheap.

DO NOT BOOKPlease dont waste your money or time coming to this hotel!!! When me and my partner arrived we were taken to our room which was on the ground floor (quite a big room but not clean and the sink was hanging off the bathroom wall) After settling in we noticed the window was broken and being held together by a piece of card, so as it was not secure and someone could just push the window open we requested a new room. They took us to a smaller room by the main pool, very dirty and fridge does not work. Breakfast is rubbish literally no choice and zero fruit which I found odd. Lunch is the same every day almost ,fish and rice and some pasta. Tea is sometimes better especially when the do kebab. While sitting in the restaurant you notice it is dirty, nothing has been wiped down or swept or mopped, even the windows are dirty! Most of the staff are very friendly however there is an older man who is very rude and he works behind the bar which is open until 10pm. You cannot get anything after that without paying even lemonade!! DO NOT USE THEIR CURRENCY EXCHANGE!!! We are English and it worked out that they took £15 sterling in commission for changing £100 into Lira. There is a cash point down the street that has a better rate if you withdraw your cash from there. If you are British this is not the resort for you!! Everyone is russian or eastern European and the staff dont talk much English only Russian. The beach we are allowed to go to is tiny and full of rocks and pebbles. You are not allowed to venture to any other beach as each hotel has it's own stretch of private beach and The Golden Suns strip of beach is rubbish and so small. I would never reccomend this hotel to anyone! DIRTY AND VERY MISLEADING PICTURES ON TRIPADVISOR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THIS SOUNDSDon"t waste your time or money booking this hotel. My first time in Turkey and this hotel and would never go back to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. I have traveled about Egypt Tunisia and around the world never had a hotel Like this one. Checked in to a ground level room on arrival and was far to small and was not clean but had to stay there foe three night before asking for a better room. The second room was certainly bigger but the general cleanliness and maintenance was not great bare wires hanging above balcony doors heat detector covered up and bathroom shelf hanging off walls toilet roll holder attached to wall but could not use it nothing to hold toilet roll in. The restaurant was a massive clean and deep cleaned disgusting and very dirty dead wild life as in flies and wasps hanging off the curtains and runners round windows and door panels full of dead insects not pleasant experience at all. The food if you call it that the same choice for the two weeks no imagination in menu planning or choices available and no kind of signage up to say what items where no way you could risk some of the food if you had allergies. Had to relay on living off the one type of bread and soup for lunch and dinner through the two weeks and eat out away from hotel a few times. Also there was only two members of staff who spoke to you if you spoke to them. I know this has been rated three stars how they get this is beyond me as they would not be rated this in the rest of the united kingdom I would be rating if they are lucky one star and they would need to justify that. Over all I would not ever consider going to this hotel in the future and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. David A
