  HIGHLY RECCOMMEND EXCELLENT

  Booked this hotel as it was Adults Only and therefore not have kids running around or making noise like in the other resorts in the area, Quiet, Clean Professional. Unlike the high rise resorts in the area this hotel is perfect its peaceful the staff are very helpful, Ideal if you want to get away from the busy bodies on the front. Breakfast always fresh and you can order the day before. The Staff are always helpful especially Mia one of the waitress and the barman was always very polite and chatty. Would defiantly use again and would highly recommend anyone for an adults only hotel to stay. Its always seems to be booked up so book early.

  expensive hotel - room was extremely cramped. no curtains to draw in the bedroom - extremely basic for the price. food - breakfast can only be described as an experience. we were booked in for breakfast and evening meal. had two breakfasts and one evening meal. the evening meal we were the only couple dining. after that we ate out. The staffs English was very limited. I appreciate they were closing for the season the day after we checked out - but really. ran out of red wine. draught beer - ran out and apparently when I order two diet cokes I was told they were the last ones. I have given the hotel one star because it is very quite during the evening. It is in a good location. But there are far better hotels than this for the price. You have to order your next meal the day before on a tick sheet. If you require butter with your toast don't forget to tick it. saying that half of the breakfast we ordered never materialised anyway - we just gave up. Bulgaria is an inexpensive holiday - but when you pay for breakfast and evening meal then have to eat out it becomes expensive. had a great time in Bulgaris despite this hotel - I will return but never to here

  came for a week with my boyfriend at the beginning of July. first impressions of the hotel were good but this soon changed when we went down for breakfast the first morning. cereal was stale, tasted and felt like it had been sat out for days, and the spread was out of date. so we ended up going to the supermarket across the road each day for breakfast. room was average, a few stains were seen on the bedding and towels. The pool was FULL of bugs and leaves, it looked as tho it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, only went in it once and decided to go the beach for the rest of the days. no option for late checkout and with our flight being an evening one we had to shower in the freezing cold pool shower. staff seemed very unprofessional. would come back to Bulgaria but not this hotel!

  booked with loveholidays paid nearly 800 pounds turn up hotel cosed yip thats rite i was left devastated no explanation from loveholiday had go another hotel no thanks to loveholidaystry call resort team number not valid try talk on live chat got a number to call same invalade they didnt care and since home iv emailed im in a que really since june some que so hurt and disaponted in them

  Very disappointed in this hotel the room was terrible curtains hanging off plug sockets did not work very very basic,breakfast poor and pool was never cleaned in the week we were there. Staff were not helpfull and they struggled to understand us.
