  Great hotel, interesting city

  This is an old hotel, that has been renovated by the new owners. The rooms are great, service and food is wonderful. If you have the chance, reserve the room with meals, because there aren't good restaurants in the city. The spa a n the hotel is wonderful and you can't miss it.

  Nice old hotel

  This is an old (and old-style) recently renovated hotel. It maintains the charm of the old hotels which were in high demand during the period thought small cities to perform hydrotherapy. The hotel face the Parque das Aguas which deserves a visit. Rooms are very large with very large bathrooms. Furniture is old but in very good conditions and it composes the charm of the hotel. The are several spacious and comfortable rooms for relaxing. The restaurant is very large and food and service are OK. Personnel is friendly.

  Professional service

  An excellent experience from start to finish. Professional, well trained staff made our stay very comfortable Be careful not to mention that you are staying for a congress in the hotel as the prices mysteriously increase and greatly when this is mentioned. ( use an online booking site to book to be guaranteed a fair price)

  Overrated

  The place used to be a five star hotel but today looks overrated. The pool area is great, and that is it. The rooms are comfortable and the bed is good, but the air conditioning is noisy and doesn't do the job, also, there aren't options of channel at the TV. The breakfast is also poor, with few options.

  Excellent hotel

  This is a traditional hotel in the city of Caxambu. There are different prices for the rooms. Better check before you book. The restaurant is very good and the are waiters very friendly. We intend to go back someday.
