  Great place to tour Southern Bavaria from

  A beautiful location off the highway in Oberwossen, Germany. Beautiful view of the mountains and pastures. The owner was extremely gracious and helpful. The Hotel has an outstanding restaurant. It was great to come back after a full day of sightseeing and enjoy a very tasty meal. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We toured Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Lake Chiemsee, and more.

  Great holiday from the window we had a beautifull view and the room was also big and beautifull! It was very confortable! 10/10! The ski resorts are just 10 min by car! I had there a great time! LOVE THIS PLACE

  Mitigated experience

  Let's start with what we liked here : beautiful place, big and clean rooms, great location surrounded by nature, decent breakfast (although basic, especially the juices, too much sugar) But the doors to the balcony are difficult to open and although we followed the staff's instructions (!!!) on how to open it, we had a problem with our balcony door who broke down the next day. The hotel wanted us to pay for the reparations which triggered endless and not so pleasant discussions about who needs to pay what. This ruined our stay especially that the room was very hot (we were sweating by night) and there are no windows for a little breeze to come in except from the balcony ...

  Not bad at all

  Me and my wife spent two nights here and had an enjoyable stay the staff were welcoming and the breakfast was good and the food in the evening from the restaurant was also very good with large portions a few nice local beers and wine

  Rude staff in overpriced accommodation

  Rude attitude of receptionist needs upgrading! Restaurant needs good cleaning: dusty windowsils and dead insects! Basic breakfast. Rooms badly cleaned, but beds and bathrooms clean. Nice scenery. We paid tourist-tax, but received no 'Gäste-karte'! Better places are easy to be found for the money.
