  Owner a idiot

  Location is good, maintenance is poor, Bed linen is worst, staff are rude, room, toilet & wardrobe lock broken. Owner thinks as if he is doing a favour by giving room. He is a big idiot, full of attitude.

  Worst than dormitory

  I booked 3 rooms by seeing the location and snaps at various websites. On reaching the hotel (21st Oct 2017 night) and entering the room, I was very much disappointed. Bedsheet was dirty white, no towels kept, bathrooms not ready. This too on informing since morning on the day of check-in that I will be reaching by evening. They had sufficient time to make rooms ready. On asking for towels, they handed over wet towels to all 3 rooms. It felt like used ones. No staff is bothered to maintain the hotel. Its Chalta hai attitude. Only positive was the location and if others can find other accommodation, pls avoid this place.

  you can see Ganga from the Rooms

  we are there on 28th Evening on way to Rishikesh, you will see Ganges from the room and nice view, hotel dont have lift, only satire case is the only option. people are old age check before the bookings. i dont know how is the breakfast. location is good near the harkipori

  Excellent location

  We visited this hotel on 29th June. Main attraction of this hotel is it's location. It is located just beside Ganga river and very near to famous Har ki Pauri ghat. Our room no is 101 is having a awesome Ganga maa ki view. Staff is ok. Cons: This hotel is located in Har ki Pauri road, so from railway station or airport vehicles will be allowed upto check post area, from there we can reach by rickshaw or battery autos. 2. They don't have in-house restuarant, for food we have to go outside. May be this is not an issue, as nearby lot of eateries are there. 3. One bad thing about hotel staff is , for saving electricity, they were switching off AC during mid night and during day time also. This is really bad. The reason they were saying was , power tripping due to over load. Considering the hotel's location, this hotel is highly recommended. Ask for Ganga side rooms , Room No- 101 is superb.

  Worst Hotel Maintenance

  Very poor maintainance of hotel. You will get bed lining with dump smell, you will get hot water at 12 degree only if ur luck is strong on particular day. Rooms are badly maintained & many more. However view is awesome from room. Suggest not to have this property..
