  Excelente relación calidad-precio

  Es muy sencillo pero está muy limpio y los propietarios son amabilísimos. El desayuno es normalito y tiene plazas de garaje gratuitas, además de wifi. Son hemos alojado aquí varias veces y es una gran opción por 60.

  Simple pero completo

  Es un hotel bastante simple pero tiene todo lo necesario. Buen trato,, habitaciones amplias, parking, desayuno abundante,... EStá un poso lejos del centro de Turin para hay un metro a poca distancia. Y todo a buen precio

  Cheaper as out of city centre

  The hotel was being refurbished when we stayed so there was no lift and no breakfast available. The refurbishments did seem like it would look nice when finished. The hotel is not in the city centre which is why it is much cheaper but for us this location was fine. It was an 8 mins walk to the nearest metro station called Paradiso and there is only one metro line so it's easy to straight to the centre. We bought a 2 day metro pass at 7.50euros each otherwise it's 1.50euros per metro journey. The area looked a little dodgy when we arrived but it felt safe to walk in even when we returned by metro at 11pm one night. Parking is free around the back of the hotel. Our room was a good size, clean and had air con.

  Two nights

  I booked as a colleague was also staying there. Cheap, although clean, organised and good breakfast selection. There is a modest bar for a late nightcap. Reception were always helpful and one in particular, Alessandro, could not be more helpful.

  Not what we expected... and too hot in the room

  We booked the deluxe room. No pictures of the bathroom for this type of room which apparently was the same not renovated bathroom as for the standaard rooms. The room itself was a bit more modern (different floor and wall paper), that was nice. But, unfortunately there were a lot of other disappointing things... There is one sofa that has a big stain on it, the lightning in the room is very poor and the walls are very thin. The room is very hot because the heating is constantly on, although they said that it would turn off at 10 pm (it never did, it only turned off somewhere in the night). We had to sleep with the windows open, which is bad for the environment. The shower is a bath/shower. The shower spray was good but tall people don't fit under it. The bathroom is also quiet wet when you finished your shower. The shower spray is not properly placed behind the 'screen' that has to prevent that from happening. After one night the cleaning suff had made the bed again and put new towels. Als we were stayng here for more than 1 night, we didn't want unnessesairy water get spoiled and we also wanted to be at ease, so we asked the staff to not clean the room. The next day aigain the towels were new and the bed was made. The young lady of the reception apologised. She said that she was too late to tell the cleaning staff and therefore everything already has been done. But yet, again, the next day, same scenario... I was also very unhappy to notice that the last night of our stay all my personal belongings (including my dirty laundry) were organised in different piles! I don't like people touching my stuff... But the main problem was the heating. I reported it to this helpful lady of the staff. She informed for us and came back to us with the news that the heating is centralised, so unfortunately the problem didn't get solved during our stay. The breakfast was okay, it was a nice buffet. The only remark here is that they didn't seem to think about corona. No guidelines we're given. You didn't have to desinfect or wear gloves, which is not safe now. So no, I don't think we will be coming back here.
