  Very friendly staff

  Me and my friend have just come back from our holiday at hotel frank, we stayed from the 23rd to the 30th August. We have had a fab holiday! What stood out to us was how lovely the staff were; there was a lovely young lady on reception who always said hi to us and was always very helpful if we had any questions. The hotel manager is also very nice, he makes an effort to get to know every guest and chat to them to make sure youre enjoying your holiday. The staff in the restaurant are also very happy and polite too! The rooms are basic, the beds are comfy though. The restaurant has lots of options every night for dinner which is great as it never gets repetitive; the only thing is breakfast was a little early at 7:30-9 but Im just not a morning person, so that wouldnt bother everybody. The hotel is in a great location for the centre and the bus stop to take you to the taxi boat for Venice; a must when its so close. The swimming pool is also great, always plenty of sun loungers available so you never have to go down early to reserve with a towel. The pool is very cold but when its hot I suppose that is a good thing! Also only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Overall, we have had a fab holiday and stay at hotel frank and hopefully will return again soon.

  Just got back from from another amazing holiday staying at hotel frank. Can not fault the staff in any way. The hotel is spotless, rooms our cleaned every day to a very high standard, you Evan get clean towels every day which is really good as a lot of hotels I have stayed in you only get them changed every other day. The staff are lovely and cant do enough to help you. Veronique on reception is very friendly and will help you with whatever she can a lovely lady. The food is beautiful which is cooked by a lovely lady called Bruna. The hotel is situated in the best place, close to everything all within walking distance Evan to the water park. And last but not least the owner Frank, he is brilliant, can have a right laugh with him and hes very funny. Again nothings to much trouble for him , if you have a problem he will sort it. We had a problem with our shower door not closing properly we told him in the morning and by the time we got back in the afternoon it was fixed, in other hotels if Ive had a problem sometimes Ive waited days for it to be sorted but not at hotel frank. And frank you make the best lattes, thank you for making our holiday special.

  Holiday in Lido de Jesolo

  We have just returned to Scotland from a lovely stay in Hotel Frank..thanks to the friendly and efficient staff for making this holiday so memorable..the food was home cooked and excellent quality..we enjoyed everything on the varied menus..would definitely recommend this spotless hotel to anyone thinking of going to Jesolo for a holiday..thankyou Frank and team

  1 week half board holiday

  Just returned from a most wonderful week at Hotel Frank. We have been to Jesolo so many times on holiday and work and this has been one of our nicest weeks. Reasons? 1. Very friendly front of house staff, waiting staff, and room service. The owner, Gianfranco was always there during the day to help, ably assisted by Veronique. In the restaurant, the waiters were always on hand to help. 2. Room - lots of storage, with balcony. Good air-conditioning and bathroom with shower stuff and plenty of nice towels. 3. Meals Lovely healthy breakfasts - cereals, fresh fruit, meat, cheese, with bacon and beans. A wide selection of pastries to go with your morning cappuccino. Coffee machine using Segafreddo coffee, juices. Evening meal = help yourself to the salad buffet, and then 3 other courses which you choose the evening before. Not big portions, but plentiful. All was very well cooked - thank you chef! Outside - lovely terraces to sit, drink and relax. Drinks available all day and evening. Some of the best prices in Jesolo - Cappuccino is E1.30, - comes with a smiley face or heart! - glass of wine E2, Aperol Spritz is E3 (very nice indeed) and the large bottle of beer is best value at E4,50 (if I remember correctly)! 4. Position - very good position off the main drag (2 mins) so a bit quieter, and only 3 or 4 mins from the beach, where like most of the hotels, it has it's own area of beach. Visit the cafe on the beach. Bus stop outside to Punta Sabbioni - and then the Vapporetto to St Mark's Square stopping outside Vivaldi's church, and the bus station at Jesolo. Come out of the hotel, turn right and then a 20 minute walk brings you to Pizzeria da Berton. Our dear friends Andrea and Marie Cristina run this most wonderful of places, which is a hit with the locals. You will not find better pizzas anywhere! If you have room after, go for the chocolate pizza with chantilly cream! If this is your first time in Lido di Jesolo, as always, our two highlights whenever we go is the private bit of the beach, and the evening stroll (the passeggiata) along the avenue, Via Giuseppe Verdi. Fantastic atmosphere. Thank you again Gianfranco for a lovely week - we will be back! Tony, Laura, Tony and Pat.

  Best week ever!

  We stayed at hotel frank for 7 nights at the end of August, 3 generations of one family and it was ideal for all of us. From the moment we arrived until we left we we're treated extremely well, Frank and all his family and work colleagues went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we had the best stay in Jesolo. My son had his 4th birthday mid week and they made sure his day was extra special, they also sourced us an extra special chocolate cake for the occasion and serenaded him during our evening meal which he loved! The hotel was lovely, clean and in a quiet location but close to everything you need just a street or 2 away. My children were so kindly treated by all the waiters especially Patrizio and Salvatore, and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay at hotel Frank again without hesitation
