  Well located and clean

  Doorstep away from BIFF and Jagalchi market very conveniently located with spacious and well appointed rooms. Recommended for those who enjoy the night life and not looking for a quite time. The surrounding areas can get quite loud during the wee hours of the morning.

  We will be back soon

  When the airport bus stopped in front of the hotel, we were quite worried. The entrance is just like a lift lobby in the office building. The check in area is on the 4th floor. Still not too impressive. However, when we got Into our room, all the doubts were gone. Rooms are spacious and clean. We learned from the comments here that we are very close to BIFF. Surely we found lots of restaurants and shops behind the hotel. And the Christmas lighting and decorations are so beautiful! Since the train station is so close, we were able to visit many places in 3 days. The suggestions from the front desk people were very helpful. We didn't have enough days here to do all the good things. We can't wait to plan to go back in next March. Definitely we will stay at Foret again.

  Nice and convenient hotel

  We stayed there for 6 nights in their suite room. Hotel was conveniently located beside BIFF and opp Jagalchi fish market. Airport bus stopped right outside hotel building. Lobby is at 4th Fl. Room was located at 14th Fl which right below the karaoke which was very noisy as people sang till it closed at 2am. Must tolerate with noises from the singing and people moving the chairs in the Karaoke. The suite room comes with a huge bath tub which we found it very dangerous to climb in and out after shower as it will be wet and only given a small floor mat which definitely not enough to dry before stepping out from the bath tub. This should be improved. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. When we complained about the noises from Karaoke, they offered to change room for us but unfortunately they only have 3 suites rooms all located on 14th floor and no connecting rooms in this hotel. Overall this hotel is highly recommendable if you do not need to stay in their suite room.

  Very stuffy and Noisy

  The room is very stuffy and noisy as the hotel does not switch on the air conditioning during winter. We have to open the small window but air is hardly in even the temperature is low outside. The traffic outside is noisy and we could not sleep well. We sweat and woke up several times in the night.

  Guest room lights are too dim!

  I have been stayed in this hotel during Christmas holidays. The location is perfect, air bus stop is just outside the hotel entrance. The reception counter is at the 4/F., the front desk staff can communicate in English but they have no smiling face at all, they are indifferent. Just like performing a routine job and seem I am here is job for the pay only. The guest room is very spacious, clean and tidy too. All amenities are available. However, the room light is very dim, it is not enough for reading or writing. And it is inconsiderate that the TV remote controller is only written in Korean, despite a using guideline is provided to show how to operate the TV, I still cannot handle. Finally I call the front desk staff to help. This hotel is best for its location, other facilities and service is only average. I will not choose this hotel on my next visit to Busan.
