  Encanto de hotel

  Me ha encantado este hotelito, sobretodo por su limpieza, y lo bonito que tiene los jardines. Aunque no es muy moderno en cuanto a la decoración, la habitación era amplia, y tenía de todo,la cama muy cómoda, el baño muy completo. Una pega al baño es el secador, muy antiguo, era un tubo... Pero por lo que demás, estupendo. El desayuno súper completo, y por la noche tomamos una cena menú que estaba muy rica. Los trabajadores del hotel son muy amables. Está cerca del pueblo, que por cierto es precioso, merece la pena visitarlo. Además está a menos de una hora de Venecia, por lo que está genial

  An excellent dining experience at Hotel Ristorance Fior

  While staying in the Castelfranco, Veneto area, my wife and I did have several meals at the Ristorance Fior. The food and service were excellent and reflected food typical of the Veneto. Very well done.

  Lovely grounds and food bur rooms are awful

  Arrived for a two day business trip and the staff were very helpful on checkin. Our rooms were very disappointing;very small with the smallest single bed ever next to the wall, dark shutters which made it feel like a prison cell.I didnt sleep due to the bed and the noise from the aircon and dripping in the bathroom. There is no hot drink facilites in the room. We had a meal outside in the grounds which were fantastic. I had scallops and cuttlefish and my colleague had pasta and veal; these were delicious. All the staff were so helpful with locating restaurants etc. Breakfast was adequate; meats, cheese and cereals. The location is a bit far out from the main town but this could be reached easily.

  Fine dining with an Italian twist

  When you're on a business trip dining out can be something of a chore. However, the quality of the food made this a pleasant experience. The first course was a platter of raw and cooked fish and tasted as good as it looked. It was definitely the highlight of the meal. The second course was a risotto made with prawns and fresh porcini mushrooms, which were in season at the time of dining, so much nicer than the dried porcini I'm used to. Less god was the tempura prawn and courgette. It was exactly what it says. The prawns were so big they were more like langoustines. However, they would have been so much better had they been completely shelled and had the heads removed. It was a similar story with the courgette; the slices were too thick and the deep-fried, tempura battered flower was just that. When I get a courgette flower I expect it to be stuffed. Very disappointing. Fortunately, the tiramisu was delightful; very light and not excessively alcoholic.

  Excellent Stay, Beautiful Hotel and Superb Staff

  I stayed at this hotel for five nights holiday with my parents and two sisters (21 and 17) last week (August 2019). We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will revisit if we are in the region again. The hotel location is round 25 minutes walk from the station and centre of town however we enjoy walking so this was not a problem for us. Facilities were great, the pool is large, clean and a good temperature to cool off in the August heat with plenty of sunbeds.The poolside bar was also very reasonable offering snacks and drinks. The rooms were all of good size and kept clean throughout our stay. The restaurant service was also superb and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was simple but tasty. We ate twice in the hotel restaurant which was fantastic, they gave us free appetisers and a good, value for money menu of high quality. One example where the staff went above and beyond, was in the hotel free bike hire, they usually have only 3 bikes available, but as there was five us, we were initially disappointed as we planned to cycle the Mason cycle trail to Asolo. However before we knew it the reception had arranged 2 additional new bikes for us to use! Thank you to all the staff for making us so welcome and our holiday so special!
