  Amazing!!!

  Just the most fantastic hosts! For sure we will come back to this wonderful place In the heart of Cavalese this is the place to stay if you are going here. From the moment we checked in we been taken care of by the beautiful people in this hotel!

  The most genuine and delightful Italian hospitality!

  My family and I have stayed three consecutive years at Hotel Excelsior for our winter ski break, along with a large group of Swedes who have been coming to stay for 20 years. Hotel Excelsior's owners and staff offer the most genuine and delightful Italian hospitality one can find. The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, while serving consistently delicious, home-cooked Italian food. The bar and other common areas are relaxed, comfortable, and charming. Both the breakfast buffet and the table-service dinners are plentiful with many good choices. And the made-to-order morning cappucinos are highly appreciated. The afternoon tea offers many wonderful home-baked treats. There has always been parking available for our car either in front of or just behind the hotel or in a nearby garage. The value to price ratio for this hotel/restaurant is outstanding. We love our annual trip to Hotel Excelsior to ski Valle di Fiemme. We'll return for years to come.

  First italian snoboarding

  I booked this hotel for me me and my son for winter vacation in Dolomites. I am satisfied. Good food (Is there somewhere in Italy bad food ?), nice stuff. Who knows maybe one day I will come back ... .

  Nothing special.

  Little cozy. The walls are probably of paper because you can hear everything that happens in the next room. Be careful because the bottles of water in the rooms are not free - the lack of information exposes guests to additional expenses.

  simply perfect

  For 10 years, in a large group, every year during the Christmas holidays we have been here. The hotel is very central a few steps from the main square, it is housed in an ancient noble residence maintained with sobriety and commitment by the owner Marco who, together with the beautiful daughter Lizy, are always careful to satisfy the guests' needs. Large halls in inlaid wood, stube and rooms for entertaining guests. A special mention for the kitchen which, starting from breakfast, always offers a wide variety of dishes and delicatessens. The rooms all have character, are comfortable and, now that new suites have been made on the top floor (I recommend you try them), the hotel has acquired even more nineteenth-century charm "Pricipessa Sissy".
