    Dreadful

Rooms incredibly small. Very hot and no aircon. We had a very noisy desk fan which we had to run all night in order to bring the room to a comfortable temperature. Cleaning was a joke ... I left a used cup on top of a cupboard, and it wasn't moved for the rest of our stay! The shower room leaked onto the bedroom carpet. There were no staff on duty after 9 and no social area to relax in. The staff were making rude remarks about guests (in French) not realising that I could understand what they were saying. Absolutely dreadful. Don't go there!

    NOT FOR TOURISTS

You really get what you pay for. The hotel is quite average, for the cheap price we weren't expecting anything amazing, just somewhere to stay in easy reach of Disney and Paris. The rooms are small and not very clean. The bathroom even smaller, with a shower curtain so close to the shower it sticks to you while you are attempting to get clean, leaving you feeling dirtier. This hotel is not close enough to the train station to walk (Lognes or Torcy -Lognes is closer) despite whatever internet mapping service may lead you to believe, especially as it is in the middle of nowhere with poor street lighting and on a main road. Getting a taxi is virtually impossible. We came back from Disneyland the first night just before midnight: no taxis, station staff completely unhelpful, called the hotel several times for the broken English to result in numerous taxi numbers that were not operating at that time of night (they either for some reason could not call one for us or didn't understand this request, although the latter doesn't seem likely). The area around Lognes station was dark with unsavoury characters. Our only option was to get back on the train to Disney and spend 50 Euros on a taxi back, eventually getting to sleep for 2am, This experience left us feeling anxious, tired and unnerved enough that we both felt ill the next day. Granted this is not the hotel's fault, but anyone wishing to book this for sightseeing or Disney should avoid. The hotel manager was helpful and friendly and took us to the station the first day and the next morning. This is their 'shuttle' we guessed. It's a shame he works here as his helpfulness would be well suited in a nicer hotel. He alone has earned and extra circle/star rating from us otherwise it would have been 1 for terrible. The breakfast was OK, little selection but we made the most of croissants and yoghurts. We calculated that with the cost of taxis to be able to stay out late enough to enjoy sightseeing in Paris and the fireworks in Disney it was more economical to move hotels, which we did, to the Ibis at Val D'Europe and felt like we had arrived in heaven in comparison. The morning we moved Europarc called us a 'taxi', I use the word loosely as it was a woman in a private car, no meter, who charged us 15 Euros for a 5 minute journey, possibly a friend or relative of staff? Rip off either way. Other than ourselves the hotel was completely full of Chinese people, we have lived in China and the standard of this hotel compared adequately to what you may find there. If you plan to drive and are happy not swinging any cats while you shower and don't mind a bit of grime then this hotel is for you. Otherwise put your taxi money towards a better place for your romantic, magical stay in Paris.

Don't stay here! The website is very misleading.

Right, first of all, this place is cheap, real cheap, it was marked as a 3 star hotel. but I wouldn't call it that. It's in a terrible location, miles from anything, even as you walk in, the paint surrounding the door was peeling and the inside wasn't much better. There was actually a stain on the sofa in the lobby. When we go into our room, it was literally a hole with two beds in, it was tiny, the walls had stains on them, there were spiders on the ceiling and the windows were dirty. My friend even had a red stain on her pillow. The "bathroom" in the room was ridiculously small and made of plastic, like a caravan, obviously they were installed after the main construction of the room. The toilet seat was broken, the shower head hanging off the wall and the shower was so small, i doubt either of us would have been able to use it. So we sat there, charged our phones and then headed it out to the local Pizza Hut, whilst there we got something to eat, calmed down and then I immediately checked AirBnB for somewhere else to stay because one thing was certain, we weren't staying there. We ended up spending our two nights in a lovely apartment to ourselves in Courbevoie, minutes from the center of Paris, which meant our trip to Paris was saved. We finished our meal, headed back to the hotel, grabbed our bags, ordered an Uber and then we left and off we went to our new apartment. If this hotel has one redeeming quality its that the gentleman at the check in desk was very friendly and very helpful throughout our time there and by that I mean the three hours it took us to check in, find a new place and check out. He was very nice though, also there were a couple of restaurants 5 minutes from the hotel. Also one of the reasons we went to Pizza hut was because the hotel wifi was absolutely rubbish, so we went Pizza hut to search the web to find our new apartment, so poor wifi too. So there is my review, even reading it, I feel like maybe I've been harsh but then I think back to the hotel and know that I haven't been harsh at all, it was really that bad! So my advice, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! Also I'd recommend anyone heading to Paris, download the Uber app, the Uber drivers are much cheaper and much more pleasant than the local Taxi drivers. Taxi from airport to hotel 74 and it was only 20 minutes away, an uber to our new apartment which was an hour away 50. So avoid Taxi's at all cost, Uber is brilliant out there, most of their drivers are in nice cars, in suits and have water etc for passengers. Also one more thing I should mention, I contacted Expedia and they contacted the hotel and the hotel authorized a refund for the second night I was there, which as it has a no refund policy, they didn't have to do. I would have loved a full refund but as we checked in and used the room for the few hours we did, I in no way expected a full refund.
