  OMG!!!!!!!!!

  We stayed here as a one night transit stop. To make this review as honest and concise as possible I will list good and bad aspects; Good; Close to highway Clean Friendly Good wifi Bad; Dated Room a/c as good as useless.. the worst i've ever used!! Child bed absolutely awful. Basically what appears to be a home made ply wood frame with a very thin piece of foam adhered to!!! Probably a crime against trade descriptions!! Broken fridge Broken bathroom bin Broken "something" above toilet Breakfast choice limited, basic and bland Powdered breakfast orange juice No teaspoons for coffee Carving knife for bread!!! The Worst; We arrived probably 1 hour before a coach of about 30 tourists. We sat and ordered in the restaurant before this group. After a while the waiter came over and told us "I have a problem, your food will be a little wait as we have this group ". That was fine....: but an hour and a half later we received our food after asking twice for updates. We sat and watched the group receive their good, eat their food and leave the restaurant area before ours was delivered. And still our food didn't arrive at once, my husband and I sat sharing our dinner with our 12 yo son who had to wait on his food!!!! We received a basket of free bread. In the morning I went to pay my bill 120 euros accommodation and 71 food. I informed the receptionist of our experience the previous evening and she consulted with the waiter (who was frying eggs!) . She returned and advised me that her colleague had told us of the wait and given us free bread. i responded that he had advised us "minutes" and "seconds" when we'd asked of expected delay. She shrugged and said no discount, her manager wasn't there. i asked her if she had no authority and she shrugged and told me i could leave an honest review on Trip Advisor as she didn't own the hotel, it wasn't hers!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! So in conclusion this hotel is not worth the money and does not warrant the star rating it has. It is understaffed, tired, dated and a bit of a joke!!!!!!

  SURPRICED BY RENOVATION!

  I stayed in this hotel before and it was ok for short bussines stay. Hotel was completley renovated last month and I was extremely pleased by a change! New rooms, nice breakfast, professional and kind stuff! New gym and wellnes. Rooms clean and wel equiped. Prices ok for 4 star hotel. Excelent location, close to highway, Plitvice, Zagreb.

  Regular, gracias...

  El hotel tiene 4 estrellas pero claramente le sobran 2. Esta ubicado sobre la autopista lo cual lo hace ruidoso, especialmente si su habitación da sobre ese costado. Es muy complicado el transporte a Karlovac a menos que tenga automóvil privado. El servicio de restaurante es pésimo. Es increíble que un hotel 4 estrellas no tenga servicio de restaurante al mediodía. No hay nada para comer a un kilometro a la redonda... el desayuno es muy regular...

  Breakfast without any vitamins

  Worst Hotel ever. Terrible unfriendly personell is not as worse as the managers. Greedy and not clean, first room was very smelly, changed it and still had ashes on my desk. Also booger on the wall. Totally overpriced. Just down the road direction center is a much better one. I can not recommend this place at all.

  Sport weekend

  Clean & quiet rooms, very friendly staff and helpful. Good advice for restaurants and tourist activities. The facilities are simple but you have all you need. Temperature are comfortable. Breakfast was nice and fresh local produce. Service was very fast.
