  July 2013 - last minute stop

  If you are not bothered by highway noise, then this is the hotel for you. Due to poor planning, we did not have much choice of hotels for one night. Staff was nice, rooms were fair. I would class the hotel as a truck stop. As we were late getting in, the restaurant meal was limited. Breakfast was late in being served and not enough provided (continental style)

  Very good hotel between Firenze and Roma!

  I arrived in Hotel Europa, Regello, because I was sent there by another Hotel (Antica Tabaccaia Resort: they did not honour my booking, made and confirmed by the hotel itself a month in advance; when I arrived there, they sent me away to the Hotel Europa). Hotel Europa in Reggello is very well placed when you are taking the A1 between Firenze and Roma. It is really at the exit nr 24 of the Highway, where it says Incisa/ Regello. Although very near to the motorway, you do not hear anything when the windows are closed, and their is airco, so even in summer ... Rooms are nicely decorated and the bed was great! But most and for all, I have appreciated the staff there (Fabio Folino and Tommassina Gallo) who really went out of their way to compensate me for the mistakes of the other hotel!! If I'm ever in the region again, I will certainly go back there. I did not eat in the restaurant in the evening, so I cannot comment on that. But breakfast was great, in buffetform, and certainly for Italian breakfast standards, with a lot of choice. Thank you again Fabio and Tommassina! And also thank you to the young man at reception in the morning on December 2nd 2014, who was exteremely helpful as well! Unluckily I forgot to ask fo his name.

  Basic hotel in great location with super amazing service

  Excellent location if you are planning to visit the Mall outlet. It is only about 8 min drive. The service is 5* all the way. Simon was helping us from the minute we walked in and he was on top of everything. He made us feel like at home. Thank you Simon! The hotel itself is very basic but very clean. WIFI - was excellent Breakfast was basic, includes excellent coffee, croissants, freshly squeezed OJ, cheese and ham... perfect enough to start your day. The young gentleman serving there also provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is also great for stopover since its located right next to the highway.

  Whoever gave this a four star rating is crazy. This is at best a two star hotel ... the first floor hallway smelled like a toilet (thankfully the room didn't) and the shower floor was slimy because of mould. The feeling was of a seedy motel (it's right next to the motorway) and for the price you can find a nice hotel in Florence that is much more comfortable and clean.
