  A budget hotel on a noisey busy road and we were not allowed to use the balcony, they had locked it!

  There is no reason to stay in this hotel unless you are doing a stop over for a flight as it is quite close to the airport. This hotel is on a very busy noisy main road so bring ear plugs. The TV did not work. No toilet paper or toilet spray wash. We booked this hotel because they had balconies off the rooms but when we arrived they had all been padlocked! When we asked to open the balcony door they said that it would cost us 300 pesos more! The receptionist was very unhelpful and would not let us speak to the manager. We booked with booking.com and they took the payment without giving us a receipt! It is a very unfriendly place to stay which is unusual for the Philippines. There was construction going on under our room. Iam glad we only had one night there.

  The place is VERY noisy; you can HEAR EVERYTHING in the hotel

  I booked with booking.com sometime in January 2017 for a March booking. I'm on the 3rd floor in room # 16. NO elevator. Sorry, but it does NOT add up to the booking; there is NO balcony, the desk is the same as a small table, the sitting area is beside the bed & the free toiletries are, toothbrush & paste, tiny packet of shampoo & a tiny soap. The room has; big bed, end table, 2 small chairs with the small table, air-con & a wardrobe/closet. It has a flat screen TV with cable channels, many are in English; The bathroom has; 2 towels, above mentioned toilet items, tissue plus hot water IF you need it. The wi-fi is; pretty good. The room is pretty small & in my opinion this is NOT a deluxe double. PHP 4350 for 3 nights. ($87.07) The floor was greasy with insecticide spray when I checked in. I do NOT know IF it was safe, green or poisonous. The place is VERY noisy; you can HEAR EVERYTHING in the hotel on EACH floor, even the ground floor UP here on the 3rd floor PLUS the traffic noise is intense IF you are on the road side. I asked for a quiet room BUT apparently ALL the ones on the back side were full.?

  Ruido y poca limpieza.

  Nos alojamos una noche y fue más que suficiente. La habitación dejaba bastante que desear a nivel de limpieza (había hasta una tirita usada pegada en el cabezal de la cama) y el ruido de la calle hay momentos en los que se hace insoportable. El personal no destaca por su simpatía precisamente. Sinceramente, sigue buscando.

  It is a recommendable hotel to have fun with lovers or with family

  I have stayed in the hotel for 5 consecutive nights. The room was a family type room on 2nd floor. < Good Points > - The hotel facilities are satisfiable overall considering its room charge - An aircon, a television, and strong wifi signal are especially good. - We can take a shower with warm water anytime with an instantaneous water heater. - The lobby staffs always quickly respond to our clains and serve us kindly. - The lobby staffs respect our privacy and they are not strict to the visitors coming in. - There is a small store inside of the building selling some snacks and meals. - It is easily accessible to Grand Mall, 7-eleven, ATM machines. - Many pretty chicks are walking around here and they also like to come into the hotel with us. < Weak Points > - Poor soundproof system between rooms and lobby. - Toilet bowl sometimes cannot be flushed well. - Toilet door knob is broken and not working. - No telephones in the rooms

  Basic Hotel but Clean

  Stayed here for a night: Clean and spacious deluxe room, A/C working well, basic but clean CR with hot shower, cable TV working... A good stopover for quick tours in the city or an option for budget stays. Will stay again if needed. Book online for cheaper rates, I booked online on the day itself and was cheaper by a few hundred pesos.
