  3-star hotel, 5-star service

  Check-in was easy and everyone from the front desk, security and restaurant was so polite, warm and helpful. Very generous with local information and with above and beyond customer service. Room was clean, aircon was quiet, remote controls all responsive, linens and towels look new, wifi was decent. Everything has been convenient except for the water pressure which is sometimes not very strong and the heater temperature not being very stable. I also like that there's free breakfast which can be served in the room (try the corned beef!) and the other items in the menu are reasonably priced. Location is good and walking distance to some restaurants. There's still a small portion of the hotel being constructed but seems it's about to get completed. Overall, a great stay!

  Business Hotel

  I love the rooms very spacious, clean and cozy, I love the Staff they are very friendly and accommodating,The Hotel rate is okay and Definitely i will come here and recommend this Hotel to my families and friends.

  Great Location

  The place is accessible, just 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. I had a great stay with the hotel. The bed is comfortable .The amenities are good, the wallpaper design is soothing to the eye. The wifi is excellent All the staff are polite and helpful especially when I ask about local information. The food on their restaurant is also nice and delicious.

  Comfy Hotel

  The place is cute and comfy. It is in its primary stage since its new but still the staff and the amenities are doing great. Lobby: Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted and accommodated by Ms. Jocelyn with a big smile. Nice furnishings and clean surroundings. Room: Spacious, beds big, big flat screen tv, and the ambiance kinda gloomy but romantic. Theres no heater though. Cafe: Breakfast was delicious, I had Beef Tapa meal. All in all, its a good hotel and worth every penny.

  Suitable for solo traveler or for travelers in small groups

  Good things - Decent room (had a good night sleep) - place seems safe with security guard in the area - haven't seen cracks on walls due to recent earthquakes Minor inconveniences: - relatively small elevator with limited capacity, (3 people with bags could actually fill the whole elevator) - food is slightly higher in price compared to its quantity served and quality Opportunity for Improvement: - enhanced communication among hotel staff and food service provider (free breakfast inclusion not accounted on one of our companions - I have to move back to the room upstairs to get money but eventually they ended up serving free breakfast since it must be included) Overall: - I'll consider this again as an option if I happen to travel to Davao.
