  Excellent and cheap

  Everything in the hotel was great without problems, the rooms are clean,the staff speak english, the pool isnt very big but its not a problem. Breakfast was good and launch was very good for this price. I recommend this hotel

  Lads holiday sunny beach

  Lads or girls thinking of sunny beach firstly it isn't cheap as you e probably heard. It's had its day on the strip you'll pay 17 Lev for a JD and coke... Beer in a bottle in six Lev 7 in some places beer on tap is 4 Lev and that's the cheap places... Don't convert Lev into English money because it doesn't make it cheaper you get more money when you exchange but the price is still the same as the UK £4 pound for a bottle in the UK 7 Lev in sunny beach. Their is cheap bars but their off the strip Good night just alot of money I think personally. I was under the impression it was 2 Lev for a drink. As for the hotel it's no way near sunny beach it's 4 km away from the hotel. Do you want to walk that blitzed at 4 in the morning. You may think taxi yeah they fleece you, stay away. Their is busses but stop at midnight. The hotel rooms are Airconed which is good the room itself is crap, food is shocking, staff have a carnt be arsed attitude. If you want a good hotel and your still game for sunny beach then stay right near the strip. Don't stay here get a club hotel. The whole week including hotel, bars,sunny beach I'd give a solid 4/10

  Never again but not the worst

  Carpets in the room in hot country ? Firstly you just wouldnt but secondly they are so dirty you dont want to walk in bare foot (like you want to on holiday) Fridge in room but not allowed any type of food or the threat of a fine of 50 euro. They dont even sell crisps or fruit either so no snacking round the pool even. Shower head support was broke so had to tie it with a bag to have decent shower. The sink hole was so big I lost half my hair accessories down there and even the full bar of soap which they provide. Unfortunately I didnt get a pic of the suspicious brown mark on the tile under the toilet roll dispenser, I had to clean it but it deffo was poo. The cleaners clean is very basic, sometimes didnt get the balcony swept or carpet hoovered. But they made the bed everyday. Yes, the bed, 2 singles pushed together so had to sleep apart all holiday, the sheets dont fit the bed so you wake in a tangled mess.. WI FI is only available from reception and you cant always get decent signal in room, I tried to pay for the other WiFi but the code wouldnt work so got money back as they were unwilling to help. The staff are not that friendly you feel you Are walking on eggshells the way they look at you, only one girl smiled and welcomed us every day and she works in the bar. Finally checkout was 12 and our pick up wasnt till 9pm so left out luggage In their room, but no showers after check out unless you pay extra, and to top it off when we collected our bags my partners zip was open. Which put us on edge. Breakfast food was basic but enough, if your a breakfast person tho its not a big selection and a bit miss matched too but it done me ok. I would not want to stay there again as there are far better hotels in the area for the same price.

  Worst hotel we have ever stayed

  We've just returned from our first visit (and last) to Sunny Beach. The only positive about this hotel was the location with good transport to Nessebar and some very nice local restaurants. Our room was shocking................the shower was broken, the fridge was barely cold, the air conditioning did not work, the curtain rail collapsed when we tried to draw the curtains, the pillows on the bed were stained and smelled and the carpet was badly stained. As the reception staff did not speak English it was very difficult to complain. We will be giving feedback to the tour operator we booked with. Overall our hotel room was disgusting and we would not recommended it.

  Dunes and beach

  Esperanto is a nice place, dunes. Hotel is walking distance to Sunny Beach and close to the main road Nessebar and the beach. The cleao lady was crying every time she came to clean our room. Nice lady, we wanted to give her some tip. But she would not take it. She was too petrified of we don't know who. She should be continuously employed there.
