  Pleasant Long-Term Stay @ Hotel Ergen

  This facility came recommended by Booking.com. A friend of mine did the search and found it. After a vetting call was made to the reception desk, upon arrival, everything was found to be in very good order. My wife and I checked in and were treated like family right from the first day. They went out of their way to get me everything I needed, including a couple of special requests. The room was spacious and served our purpose perfectly. Breakfast was good and the staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful. The only minor issue was in the lighting. Several bulbs were burned out and at night, it was dark in some areas of the room. The next time I'm in the Kzlay area of Ankara, I will be staying here.

  Good hotel reasonable price

  I stayed for three nights was really good, the hotel location is in the city downtown and everything was near for me shopping mall and shops the breakfast is good too , hotel stuff are so friendly and helpful.

  The rooms are alright/not bad. You got your usual offered services, such as breakfast and wifi. However, the staff at the reception had some attitude and was not very cooperative. The location is close to the city center and there are many restaurants and cafes near the hotel
