  I would consider it a 5 star hotel

  Every time I go to Seoul I try to stay at Hotel Entra. It is so stylish and clean, it truly feels luxurious each and every time. The food is good, and everyone is always helpful and respectful. Definitely worth the money.

  small but clean room

  I booked a small room for myself. So, it's totally fine for one person but the big mirror next to the bed made me feel a little bit uncomfortable. but anyway, the staff there are nice and polite. the room is clean as well.

  Nice hotel but really bad service

  I think the hotel needs to start realising that it is not only the hardware and facilities it has but it is actually the heartwarethe service that often plays the most important role in shaping the guests experience. It was disappointing that the service at Hotel Entra was as ice cold as the winter in Seoul. Maybe it was a language barrier Im not sure, but surely for a good hotel intending to attract international guests, they should have service crew that have a decent command of English? Whats more, I was expecting a letter from a business partner to be sent to the hotel and I dropped them a note and even gave them a call about it before I arrived in Seoul. Somehow, they have managed to screw it up by not signing for it at least twice when the postman arrived with the letter according to the tracking history. I approached the front desk several times to try to find out where the letter was and how I could obtain it and was led on a huge merry go round game because staff went on and off shift but did not handover to the next staff. Finally, on the last day of my stay and already frustrated and exasperated, I was just coldly informed that the letter had been returned to sender. I told the service staff that was attending to me that I had repeatedly told the hotel this was an important letter and the post office had been trying to deliver it since a few days ago. Instead of trying to assist to see what he could do, he merely took a step back with a its none of my business it was my other colleagues stancewhich is shocking. Such a nice hotel located in the heart of Cheongdam, but really the downfall of it would be its service.

  Small, cozy and clean

  After spending 5 nights in this hotel, here are a few observations: Hotel is very modern, clean and well situated. Proximity to a major street (10 lanes in total) makes rooms super noisy. That was my only issue. This area is somewhat prominent so late at night there will be few Lamborghinis or super bikes, revving their engines so hard, you can forget about sleep. So consider that if you are light sleeper. What I did like is: the room is very clean and modern - with Cable TV, and TV set also on bath wall! Shower is super nice, with excellent water pressure. Coffee machine with capsules and famously intelligent toilet seat. Safe is neatly tucked inside the drawer. Nice touch is radio/phone that has power adapters for various devices. Super neat Gym is somewhat small, but functional. Lifts take you to parking and straight to street level. I have not tried their breakfast, so no comments there. Finally, staff were super pleasant and helpful. So - Recommended!!

  Terrible service and attitude!!

  I am sitting at the lobby at 7:44am, after a sleepless flight from HCMC and the girl at the reception is telling me that my room is available but check-in time is 3pm. Therefore, if I want to get my room now, I should pay an extra night!?! Im absolutely speechless, unbelievable!! Even if the hotel is going to be amazing, Im rating it 1-star. Because 0 option is not available. Stay at Prima Hotel, theyre much nicer, helpful and flexible!
