  Not so good as I thought

  1. Food not perfect, but there a is lot of to chose from. 2. Awful, awful service. Everybody are rude and not so interested on clients. At least on their Bulgarian clients. 3. We were there for 5 nights, our sheets were changed on the 5th day!!! 4. On the beach you can never find a spot, because they are all reserved from the previous night. The hotel staff do not do anything about this! 5. The beach is 30 sec walking distance from the hotel, this is a big advantage for families with small children.

  Staff need some training

  Hotel looking old and shabby, in desperate need of refurb but having said that the rooms are clean, beds comfy, shower and air-con work fine. No safety deposit box in room which is a pain , and no fridge (although both can be hired) No comfy lounge area in which to relax, no evening entertainment and only tiny bar indoors. Incessant music ALL day in restaurant , beach bar and pool area, too loud so hard to get away from. Hot food choice not great, pork and chicken every day with fish sometimes, repetitive, boring and not particularly good; salads and soups o.k. Restaurant staff desperately need some training, we always make friends on holiday and treat staff with respect, always saying please and thank you (unlike some) nothing we tried here produced even a smile, everything seemed to be too much trouble and it was clear that they were not enjoying their work. Two staff who did stand out however were Dimitar and Sevdalina who work on reception; they were both friendly and helpful and deserve praise for that. Pool is great (apart from the music) and the beach is superb, hotel well situated for getting into town. Extremely child friendly with lots of shouting, screaming and crying to prove it (not the hotels' fault of course) all in all if you fancy a nice quiet , relaxing break this is maybe not the best place to be.

  I have visited the Elitsa hotel for a first time and found it very good!Kind stuff,clean rooms all the time,amazing location(right on the beach),good varieties of food,overall it is very good place for less money .Looking forward to go back this year

  Very bad food

  Hi all. We are in holliday in Elitsa Hotel in Albena. The food from the restaurant is horrible. We paid for all inclusive but we must eat a very bad food. The pork has a horrible taste. The menu is the same every day the soup is like water. We are basically starving. I spoked to the reception staff to do something but nothing. The cook from the hotel is amateur. We cant wait to get home. We are in room 425. Stay away from this hotel

  Elitsa hotel

  Quite a cosy hotel for the family vacantions - the sea is in front of the hotel, food is quite delicious for such type of countries. Disadvantages are as follows: old and shabby furnitures, food / beverages and accomodations restrictions till the hotel is not almost fully occupied.
