  Good Clean Hotel

  This hotel has been recently renovated. The rooms are clean and the staff is accommodating. They have fans in some rooms but in others they are available on request. They have rooms with and without windows. The windows may be bit more noisy but the fresh air is worth it to me.

  Total Waste of Money

  Nothing to love about this hotel. From facilities to food to customer service. We booked for 3 nights but cancelled the remaining 2 nights because there was no available parking space. The staff was suggesting that we do double parking on the area that is part of the main road already. Eh syempre if something happens to our vehicle di naman nila sasagutin yun. The reception staff don't know how to handle the situation so she called her manager to explain. But the manager was not helpful at all. Asar na na tinawag sya ng receptionist mas asar pa nung kausap na kami because she couldn't give a sensible answer sa refund request ko. Wouldn't want to refund because we did booking online pero nung nakausap namin taga travel book na ayos agad ang refund. We stayed one night at this hotel because we were still so tired to look for another one. But this was not a good idea. Our room doesn't have toiletries,bathtub,drinking water (As advertised). Shower heater was barely working. Sobrang ingay ng electric fan (you need it kasi malamok). Barado ang lababo. The following morning did not start good as well. Yung food that they served as complimentary breakfast was luma and malamig na and only have 3 choices. Comparing the room rate with the service we received I believe we have paid more. Super waste of money talaga.

  Worst Hotel Ever-No one should ever book a stay at this hotel

  I have stayed in hotels in more than 80 countries worldwide and this was the worst I have ever seen, Don't believe the photos you see on trip advisor or the hotel site because they don't represent the real views of these horrific rooms. From the moment we arrived at the front door, there were piles of dog feces on the floor mat, some recent, some older indicating they just leave it there for days, had to step around it to enter the lobby. I had 2 rooms booked, one had an AC that didn't work and the second room had no AC at all. The TV in one room had only one working channel. The wifi in the room didn't work, I even steppped into the hall underneath the router and still couldn't get a signal. The bed linens were filthy, in room 205 the windows were left open and all the dust and smell from the street below was in the room. Only 2 dirty bath towels were in the room. No wash cloths or hand towels, no soaps or shampoo, no toilet paper, the bathroom was filthy, the built in closet shelves were full of dust from the open windows, no hangers to hang any clothes. After checking in, I made the mistake of leaving my watch in the room as we went out to get some lunch. After returning 1 hour later, the watch was gone. When reported to the front desk they claimed the CCTV worked in all areas of the hotel except where my room was, again the appearance of a pattern of potential guest theft in this property could occur. I addressed all my concerns listed above with several different front desk personnel, ( the manager was never there or available to talk) not one single concern I raised was addressed, all I got was we are sorry. Again, I recommend that no one ever book a stay at this hotel, you will be extremely disappointed

  Affordable but far from Session Road

  A quiet place to stay, with breakfast included. It's near the Bell Church (Buddhist Temple), Grotto, and Dominican Hill/Diplomat Hotel. But it's very far from the Session Road. The nearby hotel is Supreme. Jeeps and taxis pass by the hotel. The room has hot shower and they also provide water to drink (dispenser) at the lobby. Food available in this area can be local eateries and restaurants near hotels. 7-11 is also available at the end of the road.

  NEVER AGAIN! - your money will never be worth it by staying here!

  · The housekeeper respond in my request immediately, he find ways to fix our bidet, while the front office staff mentioned that they don't have an available bidet to replace the one in our room. The housekeeper (guy) went to other vacant room to get the working bidet in replacement of ours. I was impressed on his action. · I didn't like a lot of thing from check in time to check-out. 1. Location is far from the center, there's nothing to explore nearby, the moment we checked in, hotel charged us higher than the amount that was written on our confirmed booking. 2. I booked for air conditioned room but they blocked us in fan room (which makes me feel pissed). They transfer us on the air conditioned room, but it seems like its our privilege to be in that room where in fact we booked on the certain room category. (so annoying) 3. We never had housekeeping service on the entire stay. 4. No sleepers inside the room. (even small hotels/ motels has that, but this hotel?"NONE"- it will be nice if they will put even the re-usable ones. 5. Lights is not sufficient (room has only 1 pin light inside) 6. Bidet hose was broken, we requested it to be fixed in the morning when we were out, but until the time we went back, bidet hose was't fix and they don't even provide alternative to such as simpler bucket and a dipper. (good thing I saw the housekeeper (guy) cleaning on the next room so asked him if they can provide bucket and dipper if they can't replace the bidet, but this guy find ways to replace it) -awesome. 7. Request thru booking.com is pointless on this hotel.
