  Budget hotel, mediocre

  Nov 1, 2018: This place is 9 kms away from the airport. Since I had an early morning flight to catch, I needed a place for four hours, from 2000 to midnight. And this place surely came in handy. Decrepit and not so attractive, this is just a lodging place, I surely cannot see myself as using this for a regular stay. But it served the purpose. It was just a dump of a room, with a kingsize bed and zero moving space. An ancient hotel, the facilities available were just about basic. But kudos to the team for maintaining the place so clean. Strictly for such four hours snooze fests only.

  Hotel

  Very beautiful and awesome hotel in the area. The place is nice and environment friendly. Love the place very much. Workers are very nice and helpful. Had been their for three days but look like home.

  images on the net of rooms are misleading

  i booked a single economy room from my trip .com the images shown on the site did not match the accomodation provided was a drivers room where only a space for bed is available the toilet does not have bathing facility it was terrible experiance the hotel is situated in joka ahead of iim kolkata 40 kms from the airport it is in the outskirts of kolkata

  Review of hotel east palace joka kolkata

  The hotel I booked for my son's marraige. Apparently the hotel from outside looks good but it is pathetic. They promised so many things before booking but on the day nothing materialised.There was no water in the morning for almost 3 hrs.There is no locking provision in the bathroom.They charged me heavily compared to the location but food and setvice was very very poor.I will advice not to go to this hotel or book this hotel even for a single day

  Nightmare hotel-A dirt pit

  Nightmare hotel. Bathroom is so so small and dirty. Overall hotel looks like a palace from outside but the maintenance of the rooms and facilities is a horror movie. Service is terrible and absolutely unprofessional. Funny part is the bathroom does not have a space for shower lol !!
