  Terrible

  We were on a school trip and this was the hotel we stayed in. The room were dirty and the furniture was old and ugly. The reception area was bad looking too. The location was really bad and there was only one shop near the hotel. The only positive thing was the fact that the staff was polite. I wouldn't recommend the hotel at all.

  I will certainly not go back

  The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was cold. There was no central heating just an airconditioner which was not sufficient. The bathroom was not in the best condition (old fashioned and not very clean). Breakfast with few choices (no juice, dairy products or fruit). The staff was polite but this does not change the overall impression.

  Hotel searched by Taximen

  In August 2007, we search a hotel for sleep in Novi Sad, Taximen reccomended them. Rooms are acceptable, except noise by trainnement of basketball. During the breakfast, ambiance were quiet. They are parking for cars

  Price/quality ok

  We had 2 New Year Celebration parties in this hotel. Quality / price very convenient. The staff excelent, they do all the best for the tourists. I understand some new improvments will be finish this year. Recommend for groups. Next week we will have another group there. The staff let me organise a hall for a Zumba dance sport activity, a long, very long dinner with music and dance. We, as a travel Agency, we like Duga Hotel in Novi Sad. Bus station near the hotel is a plus

  The worst hotel ever stayed in my life

  Go far away from this hotel. It is no so cheap. For 10 more you can stay in much better hotels in Novi Sad. Very old forniture, uncomfortable room, bath , terrible breakfast, dark dinning room. One person is for serving in bar, working at recepcion and serving breakfast. And 2 in office doing what? Make a favour to people and close the hotel or completely renovate it and your minds in your heads how to manage hotel also. Noway this hotel deserve 3 stars. To get 1 would be difficult.
