  Fantastic Hotel in Beautiful City

  My wife and I stayed there in May 2010 and absolutely loved the hotel and the city. It is a great place to stop for the night with a few good restaurants in the old town and cleam, comfortable rooms at the hotel. I would recommend anyone touring through Italy to make it a point to stop here.

  nice outside - runs-down inside

  found the place on booking com - description sounded good, price was ok - the outside and reception area was very inviting - but - the rooms, furniture and wall to wall carpets need renewal - they sold us a single room as double - we found this out only after we checked in, were too tired to complain - after all it was for 1 night only - the breakfast buffet was generous with cakes but no eggs, sausage, cheese or other, the coffee undrinkable, the juice for the drain - while we were still eating a high-heeled lady came in and started to clear the buffet off - at not even 09.00 hrs. in the morning

  El hotel esta bien ubicado y es grande, pero precisa de una reforma de baños, grifería, azulejos. Desayuno suficiente Terraza y jardín agradables Tiene ascensor y entrada auxiliar para la noche, ya no tiene recepción 24 horas

  Another visit

  I come to Cittadella at least once a year. I live in the USA. The people are always very accommodating and friendly. The place is always clean and very well organized. I have eaten at the restaurant often. Great food and great service.

  Quick stop off

  The hotel was very quiet on the night we visited after the wedding guests had left. I appear to be the only one at breakfast, leaving my son to snooze late into the morning. We were upgraded having booked the cheapest of single rooms (one each) to room 40 and 41 which overlook beautiful gardens. The town was buzzing, Lively restaurants and bars everywhere on a Saturday night. The beautiful castle and city walls lit to make an atmospheric destination well worth a trip. The breakfast was extremely poor, coffee, cereal, and warm milk (not what I was expecting !) The decor of the hotel is in very good condition, the artwork is stylish and interesting. The illusion is of grandeur. The room was simple with a comfortable queen size bed, modern fitted wooden furniture, and a red tiled bathroom, A box within the bedroom, very basic architecture , but it suited my needs well, and there are no complaints. The previous occupant had left for T-shirts hanging in the wardrobe which have been missed by housekeeping. However the room and the hotel was sparkling clean. The balcony from my bedroom overlooked gazebo but the shutters and double glazed windows silenced the party below once closed.
