  Very good Hotel

  We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in September. The weather has been absolutely fine (30 degrees C during afternoon), so we loved to use the big and sunny hotel terrace for having a very good drink or two before going to dinner. The hotel is very close to the lovely beach (50 meters) where you can rent the usual sun umbrella (expensive) from the locals. Our room has been very clean, the beds have been of a good quality and we loved our comfy stay. The breakfast has been of a slightly above average quality. The evening dinner (we booked half board) has been exceptionally good. The dining room personnel has been good (we the exception of Mr. C. who on some evenings seems false and acts with artificial smile). Absolut fantastic is the reception team. They have been able to support in all cases (organising a garage for our car, able to answer all questions about how to travel to cinque terre by train, organising a scooter for a day). Fantastic. We already planned to come back.

  Great Hotel!!!

  We stayed at this hotel in Sept 2018 on our tour of Northern Italy. I have nothing but good to say about the staff and location which was close to the beach and great ristorante. The hotel was dated but exceptionally clean but above all was the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to ensure our needs were met. We had difficulty with our rental car and commicating with Hertz in English was very difficult. Roberto, an employee, jumped in and rescued the situation...what a relief!!!

  Friendly staff and great food!!

  Had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for 7 days. The staff is extremely kind and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We arrived passed lunch time, yet they had prepared sandwiches and salads so we could eat something and not wait for supper. The head waiter, Carmelo, was fantastic and very friendly! My 4 year old daughter made a new friend! Rooms were clean and well taken care of but on the small side, so was the shower. Facility also had a kids room on the main floor which gave them an area dedicated to play. Food was very good and abundant!! They has a different menu with a few choices as a first plate (pasta) and then meat or fish followed obviously by dessert!

  Friendly staff and good location

  We were in the area in order to visit Cinque Terre. The staff was extremely helpful when we arrived late, and got us fixed up for dinner. I cannot say enough about the dining room and the breakfast at this hotel. It was excellent. The staff on the desk and in the dining room were so helpful. This hotel has the best dining room - large, lots of light, easily accommodates all guests. The only downside was the small shower in the bathroom, but the hotel more than makes up for that.

  Great location

  It was so easy to find the hotel after getting off the train, a few minutes away. The hotel is dated but kept clean. The best part was to have a balcony to watch the sunset and the trains come and go.I would eat some meals that I purchased in the markets on the balcony.The dining room in the hotel was closed in September. On one side of the hotel is the beach and promenade and the other side is the old town, so there are many places to explore..
