  Muy buen hotel para fin de semana en Hamburgo!

  El hotel está a 700 mts de Theater Neue Flora, donde se está presentando el Fantasma de la Ópera en Hamburgo. Se puede caminar sin problemas hasta el teatro. Camas comodísimas, la habitación y baño son pequeños pero suficientes para un fin de semana. Se llega sin problema al Fischmarkt y a la Reeperbahn.

  - The hotel was in a very good area and was fairly easy to find - Staff very helpful - Accommodated us (14) - Shop outside - Free coffee in the lobby - Would recommend this hotel for a short break and if you are in a large group

  We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights before going on a Baltic Cruise in September. Were a little disappointed of its neighborhood where we could see graffiti everywhere. The hotel is outdated in general, but the room was very clean. A no.3 bus will conveniently take us to the Town Hall where many of the attractions can be found within walking distance. Going back is not likely.

  Just a hotel but well placed for visits to the sites.

  Underground parking and a very nice quality breakfast makes this a place I will use again. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and tidy. What more do you want from a hotel. They also provided a map and helpful walking routes to make getting around easier.

  Stay away!!

  Awful hotel, awful staff, mediocre location. Stayed here for a week, the slowest WiFi that barely worked and some days didnt work at all. Tell the front desk, they act like youre stupid and tell you to switch off your device and try again...no, Madam, your WiFi is outdated. Dirty linens upon check in. Front desk laugh and say you must be mistaken. No, madam, the multiple dirt marks on the sheets and pillow cases are not my imagination. One, very slow elevator for a hotel this size is outrageous. And the lady who yelled at me when I came downstairs to retrieve my food delivery and accused me of ignoring the delivery man knocking on my door, you think Id walk all the way downstairs to get my food if hed knocked on my door?! You need to get out of customer service! Oh and make sure you take your unbranded white plastic room key back down to the reception when you check out, or youll receive a 20 fine! How about you use those fines to fix your hotel and your WiFi!!!
