  Stayed new yrs eve

  Clean tidy, very helpful staff limited parking. Right next to town square cafes and bars. Has restaurant not open new yrs eve so could not try it out. Breakfast included and free wifi. The bar is pleasant and quiet with tv.

  Basic.

  I stay here several times due to business trips to Yambol, and the hotel is very basic. Rooms are nice and clean, but they need to improve at breakfast and internet. Wifi is not strong enough and even to check social media takes long time to update. The reception staff is friendly even if they don't have so many English skills.

  Hotel ageing fast

  I come often here and I sadly see the structure getting old without appropriate maintaining. Frigobar disappear in my room even if I double checked with reception if there was one when checking in. The fridge at the entrance was full of drinks but staff was not allowed to sell. Very annoying. Room cleaning random.. some days yes some others no. Impossible to keep old towels... they change them obstinately including throwing away your open soap ...surely not the care of our planet. pity because location is excellent and night staff kind and speaking good english (both a luxury here)

  In the very center of Yambol

  I've been in Diana Palace twice -first in 2015 and now, in 2018. I haven't noticed any drastic change in the hotel. Both times I was accommodated in nice rooms. What I like in the hotel are the spacious rooms, the bathroom, the setting and the cleanness. The bed was soft and comfortable. The hotel is actually in the very center of Yambol, close to the walking area with shops and restaurants, the park and the railway station. Breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff was very polite.

  Clean, spacious, well placed

  No frills but very clean and large rooms. Plenty of parking in back. Very close to the central district of Yambol with restaurants, cafes and bars. Not a 5 star experience but you can't beat the value.
