  A mouse and inappropriate staff

  This was the worst hotel we stayed at in India! There was a mouse in our room and it took a lot of hassle to get someone to sort it out! The guy on the front desk was really rude and made us feel unwelcome. The bell boy was awful and came up to our room 7 times in an hour bringing us things that should have been in our room like toilet roll, soup, and bed sheets (which were dirty). He also repeatedly tried to get us to eat on the roof terrace so he could serve us. We told him on the third attempt that my partner had a business meeting he had to take via Skype, he had to hang up and call them back because he wouldn't leave the room! Later he bought 2 friends up to take selfies with us despite the on going meeting, at which point he thought it was ok to grab my bum as the photo was being taken. After that we kicked them out and called the front desk to stop them coming up. The whole experience was awful! Do not stay there!

  We chose this from the lonely planet recommendation. It fell far short of their review. Room was disgusting - sheets and pillowcases dirty (pubic hair and snot on both) and bathroom not cleaned. And the whole place stunk of cigarette smoke. Had we not arrived late and spent an hour trying to find the hotel in the dark we would have left immediately. Instead we fled as soon as we woke the next day. The front desk guy hung up on me twice when I rang to try to get directions and when we finally arrived made no apology or acknowledgement that he had done so. The worst place we stayed during our month in India.

  Comfortabe and good hospitality

  Nice hotel near Park circus. 2nd floor rooms are better I guess. Spacious rooms with nice room service..Nice Owner and very gud staff. But in 1 km redius u won't find much. New Market is around 4 km away. For all your needs u have to take a taxi or Auto rickshaw. Hotel is far from the busy crowd. Many medicine shops and doctors are nearby. Overall a comfortable and nice stay...

  Small rooms, unclean

  Small rooms, unclean as well & really bad ambiance, you can get a good hotel in the same price. The staff was OK but over all experience was really bad. I will never recommend this place for anyone anytime.

  Nice Hotel

  Very nice accommodation.. good behaviour of staff and receptionist.. very neat and clean hotel.. rooms are too good.. only 4 km from sealdah railway station.. hotel is located in main city next to park circus 7 point.. price is little bit high... but ok for one or two days..
