  Muy acogedor y funcional

  Es un pequeño gran hotel. Situado muy cerca del centro. Nos acomodaron en una habitación a los tres adultos y un niño de dos años (en cuna) tal y como pedimos. La habitación era espaciosa. El baño y el aseo limpios y bien conservados. El aislamiento perfecto, nuestra habitación daba a la calle principal y no escuchamos ni un ruido. En la habitación hay hervidor, cajita con surtido de tés y tazas. La cuna una maravilla, con juego de toallas especial para la niña y hasta con unas pantuflas para ella. ¡Muchas gracias! Lo único que personalmente no nos gustó mucho fue el colchón ya que era extremadamente duro para nuestro gusto. El desayuno perfecto, surtido de cereales, bizcochos, embutidos, fruta... Y muy bien atendido. El restaurante es precioso y la carta, aunque no es muy extensa tiene cosas muy interesantes y ricas. Muy cómodo si en invierno no apetece salir bajo la nieve a cenar. Aunque cerca del hotel hay varias opciones para comer y cenar.

  Professionalism of A grand Hotel staff

  This is a mid size hotel that operates with the Professionalism, efficiency. and thoroughness of a grand hotel. The desk staff were uniformed and operate 24 hours a day and are helpful with any problem: directions, travel plans, tours etc... I loved the lobby holiday decor, free punch, and comfortable furnishings. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to all attractions.The Hotel Restaurant has excellent food at competitive prices. The room price was right at $485 dollars for 5 nights.The room was large and spacious. It was beautiful.They even had a vending machine in the hall that sold N?A Beer for 2 Euros. I appreciate the fact they don't have a "gotcha" attitude for items bought on premises. You don't find a Coffee pot in the room everywhere in Europe and its nice to have for hot drinks. I added Breakfast for $10US and it was worth the price. All sorts of Hot and Cold selections that included Bacon, Sausage, and fresh baked Christmas Stollen that was better than that found at the Christmas market.It was served in a NO-Rush restaurant setting that was spacious. I had a long stay (5 nights) and had one incident with extended stay contract workers who were returning to Poland and were up late doing the polka on my ceiling at 1am but I got the impression that this was an aberration from the norm here.

  Excellent hotel with extremely helpful staff

  We had an excellent stay at this hotel - extremely helpful staff, very nice breakfast, very comfortable room, fluent English speakers at the front desk. The staff went above and beyond by locating my husband's house key which he had forgotten in the safe and mailing it to us at my request. The hotel is very conveniently located to the main Roman ruins and the archaeological musem.

  Comfortable stay in city center trier

  Excellent breakfast with many fresh/home made food (example is the honey from their own beehives). Staff is very friendly. Very clean. Easy and comfortable atmosphere in the hotel and in the breakfast room. Good location, with good restaurants around the corner and many sightseeing activities in the neighborhood.

  Great hotel

  We just needed a room for one night one our travel back from Cannes. We decided to take a night in Trier, the oldest city in Germany, and stoped at the Hotel Deutscher Hof close to centrum Trier. They were fully booked, however they have ONE apartment room, not quite ready for guest yet, but we could have it if we want it. It was a GREAT room at a special price. An the service at the hotel was superb, both at the reception and in the restaurant. This is a hotel to recommend
