  súper agradable, muy centrico

  lo pasamos muy bien , nos trataron de maravilla, muy céntrico y con mucho ambiente en la noche y cerca del mar y del palacio de congresos, genial para conocer la ciudad y disfrutar del shopping y del ambiente de la costa azul

  No es un hotel, es un buen hostal

  Acudimos al hotel por las buenas opiniones. La entrada es propia de un hostal y las habitaciones igual. Limpieza regular Agujeros en la pared Sin duda no es un hotel de 3 estrellas El personal es muy simpático y atento

  Pequeño pero muy céntrico

  Nos atendieron de maravillas, todos muy amables y cordiales. Hasta el gerente nos acompañó para indicarnos el parking.La recepción es muy pequeña y la decoración no es de mi gusto. Buena limpieza.Servicio muy bueno. Excelente ubicación

  Just friendly.

  So I booked this hotel for my Mom and Dad that came to visit for a few days at the end of the Film Festival. We got lucky as they had a cancellation so a room freed up. The Owner was so friendly and made sure they were comfortable during their stay. My Parents were delighted with the room, welcome, breakfast and Staff. I could recommend this Hotel with my eyes closed.

  So disappointed

  Where do I start Cons Relentless about 11 am checkout time... I want to start by saying I had every intention of complying with this 11 AM check out time. The hotel is extremely relentless and annoying with reminders about the 11 AM check out There was a letter in the room reminding of the 11 AM check out, a business card in the room also citing the 11 AM check out time , I was followed up the stairs by the front desk personnel my last night reminding me of the 11 AM check out time, when I came down to go out and get my coffee at 9 AM on the day of my departure I was ask if I was checking out (clearly I had no luggage in hand), I received a knock on the door during the morning reminding me of the check out time and a call at 10:45 am inquiring about me departure to time... needless to say it was ridiculously annoying and overkill I have never experienced this at any other hotel around the world. If the checkout time is 11 AM, I check out promptly on time. Also annoying was the fact that the front desk personnel forgot to return my passport at checkin and I noticed they had the passport of the client before me in the copy machine as well. The room was very small which would not have been such a big issue if it had not been for all of other annoying factors at this hotel The stairway is extremely narrow and difficult to navigate. This is important because the elevator is highly undesirable due to its VERY small size. I so wanted to love this hotel after reading the reviews, but I am actually shocked by those reviews after my experience. The front desk staff are intrusive. I didnt particularly want to leave my keys when I went out and they pretty much insisted that I leave them at the front desk The smell in both the hallway and the room was overpoweringly unpleasant which I kept trying to overlook. I am inclined in part to write this review because I moved to a hotel within a close proximity with a similar rating and had a much better experience. I ended up staying at the new hotel almost 3 weeks
