  Great hotel, with great facilities

  Really nice hotel with a fantastic sauna/steam room/swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms although basic were clean and comfortable. We spent two weeks here and have no complaints and would stop again. The only downside was poor wifi that was very slow and only worked in the hotel bar. Apart from that, Live football on the big screen, large bar and DJ.

  very friendly and clean hotel

  the people are very friendly and the room (101) was very clean, including the bathroom. Breakfast and diner were buffet and always enough choice to eat. the friendly people around take away the dirty dishes from the table, so you always have a clean table while eating. the hotel has several buildings which are all connected by tunnels, so it doesn't matter what the weather is, you can always reach the swimming / sauna or sporting facilities. the hotel is situated on the side of a hill and teh views are beautifull.

  We booked and then read some of the reviews and nearly cancelled our holiday. For 25 pppn hb you cannot expect the service of the Burj Al Arab. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The only negative point was no wifi in the rooms, but this was available in the reception, bar or restaurant. Breakfast was the standard cold continental breakfast - no more, no less. The evening meal was warm and filling. Choice of vegetables, potatoes, salad bar and meat/fish. Empty dishes were quickly refilled and the self-service went smoothly with no long queues. The wellness centre was great. Ideally situated for walking. We wish the new owners all the best

  Great structure!

  This review would be closer to 4.5, but there isn't this option. Location is a short drive to several ski options and to the small city center. Highlight about this hotel is the structure: indoors pool, great kids play area with those huge inflate toys, adults play area, bar, restaurant... great structure. I was expecting much less. Rooms are comfortable, although not new furniture, it is well maintained. Very clean. Breakfast is good, with many options to choose from. They still need to find a way to make ice available for juice/water, as it seemed to be a big challenge to get you some ice (???). Also they need to get more employees that speak English, most of them do not. Price is fair for what they offer. In my opinion this is a very good option in the region.

  Nice pool but very torn rooms

  We went here as a family of four november 2019. The reception building was nice. It was a pity we didnt get a room there. Our family romm was in a villa 100 meters from the main buiolding and was very torn. It could definately need a renovation. Stains everywhere on the carpets and shades. Very cold and humid in the hallways. The windows in the room was leaking cold from the isolation so we needed to boost the heating from the radiators to the maximum. With that there was also a funny mouldy smell. The pool are was very nice and the kids loved the bathing there. Dinner was ok, typical middle german food and several types of food to choose from from the buffet. Bottled water was OVERPRICED. Like 4 euros or something. Breakfast was really nice! The room and building we were put in was horrible, but the restaurant and pool was nice.
