  Un sitio tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse

  Hemos estado en la Penisola Sorrentina de vacaciones durante una semana, para relajarnos y disfrutar de los paisajes y de la comida de la costa Amalfitana y de Sorrento. El hotel no podría estar mejor situado ya que está entre Sorrento y la costa Amalfitana. Desde la ventana de nuestra habitación se veía Capri. La habitación era espaciosa y muy limpia. El servicio y el desayuno han sido muy buenos y tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar de la fantástica piscina porque hizo buen tiempo mientras estuvimos allí.

  Fue una estadia muy placentera, muy bien atendido por su propietario Luigi Poi, el lugar muy acogedor y las habitaciones adecuadas.

  4th visit to this beautiful hotel

  I have just visited the Hotel Delle Palme Hotel, end of June 2019 to 9th July 2019, this is my 4th visit to this beautiful Hotel. The Hotel is situated in Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, Italy, it is 25 mins bus ride into Sorrento, with the most beautiful and wonderful views of the coast line. The buses run back and fourth quite regularley. The wonderful Hotel Delle Palme is a family run Hotel, with Luigi and his two Sisters and family members running the Hotel. They are all soo lovely, nothing is too much trouble, they are now like family to me, as I am a solo visitor and they know me, but they are kind to everyone who visits the Hotel, and they are very obliging and kind. All the staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble, from the cleaning ladies, who do a very good job cleaning the rooms and changing the sheets etc., clean sheet and towels very regularly, to the lovely gardener who keep the lovely grounds immaculate, and is very obliging putting the parasols up for you if need be, and the very large swimming pool is kept immaculate, also lots of sunbeds and tables and chairs round the pool area. The ladies in the dining room cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble, with the lovely Rosetta heading the team, and the other two ladies serving the food, and also Rosa on the bar, they are all soo kind, always smiling all of them, and very helpful. The Hotel Dele Palm has a wonderful character to it, with lovely rooms and balconies with wooden shutters, it is really charming inside and outside. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is surrounded by a wonderful green parkland with lovely beds of hydrangeas in all different colours all around, also a large grass area for children to run around, and also a shaded area to eat under a massive tree, with a table and chairs, you have absolutely everything at this Hotel, and the lovely air conditioning, as it was quite hot, also a lovely fridge in the rooms, also a safe, you pay nothing extra for the safe and fridge or air conditioning. You have chairs under the trees at the front in the grounds and beds and pots of lovely flowers, and when you walk out the gates onto the busy Road, you have some lovely shops, a jewellery shop, dress shop, vegetable and fruit shops which also sells all drinks, also a massive Patisserie where you can eat their lovely cakes inside or take them out, also have a coffee, with chair and tables to eat at, also their are some lovely cafes and restraunts, and a lovely area to walk when passing the Hotel, lovely Ice cream shop, Hairdressers shop, Tobacconist were you purchase your tickets for the bus into Sorrento, shoe shops, and another jewellery shop, and a beautiful Church it St Agata Church, it is lovely, as you can hear the bell with its old fashioned ting. The food is lovely in Hotel Delle Palme, evening meal 3 courses cooked to perfection by their excellent Chef. I meet some lovely people when I stay at the Hotel Delle Palme Hotel, and with the lovely staff it makes my holiday very complete and happy. The gardener Moritzo works very hard to keep the grounds so beautiful. Also the lovely Agnes who cleans the rooms is great - she also took the time to sit round the swimming pool with me and made me feel so welcome and had a chat with me, she was so nice and friendly. I am going to go next year in 2020.

  Lovely hotel for our first visit to Italy

  My daughter Carol and I (Audrey) stayed here in August this year. it was our first visit to Italy and it was everything we thought it would be. Great location for touring and relaxing by the pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Luigi and all his staff, in particular Leonardo in the bar for those late night bedtime drinks. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily and any requests we had were dealt with professionally and with a smile. It's a brilliant base for tours - we visited Pompeii and Sorrento, not forgetting Naples. the bus stop was just outside the door and very reasonably priced. Good variety of restaurants nearby with great food at very reasonable prices. If I was coming back to this region again I would stay here and have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful hotel.

  Brilliant Distribution Point

  We had intended to stay in Sorrento, but the Hotel Delle Palme is only about 7 Kms out of town and situated in a quaint little village. Our room overlooked the front gardens which are well tended and nicely laid out. The rear rooms overlook the pool, and seemed equally nice. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and there are little shops opposite for additional requirements. There is also a mini supermarket around the corner for things like snacks, wines, toiletries etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
