  Great Beach Location, Clean and Comfortable

  The location of this hotel is what makes it so wonderful. Right on the beach and walking distance to the Nostrano restaurant (another great find). The staff were very accommodating and helpful. For example, when I couldn't get the air conditioning to work for me, they fixed it immediately. The complimentary breakfast is decent and what you'd expect from a hotel of this kind. I would definitely return.

  Its all about the Beach

  Parking at a hotel on the beach in Pesaro is at a premium - so this a great advantage. The hotel is clean, tidy with polite and helpful staff. We had a room with a sea view which was wonderful sitting on the balcony overlooking the expanse of beach umbrellas and the beautiful Adriatic. We only had breakfasts at the hotel, which were plentiful and had a good choice.

  yo fui a un encuentro con clases de tango que se dabane en el SUM. Lo criticable fue que , como estaban cerrando la temporada , los aire acondicionados del SUM NO FUNCIONABAN y NO los hicieron reparar en los 10 días que duró mi estadía

  One Coffee at breakfast per person!???

  We are currently staying in this hotel. It is a modern hotel with nice rooms and directly at the beach. But the breakfast could be a lot better organized. The coffee and cappuccino are made by the staff and the quality is good but because of that it takes about 20 minutes to get them and the staff has barely time to replenish the food on the buffet. But our biggest shock was when we were told that we couldn't get a second cappuccino at breakfast!!! At first we could't believe that and thought it was a language barrier. But the second day the waiter brought us to the reception so she could translate and we were astonished that these were indeed the rules of the hotel and if we wanted an extra one we could get it at the bar upon payment!!! One coffee per person/day!!! We have stayed in many hotels in many countries from one star hotels to four stars and we have NEVER EVER EVER experienced something like this! It is a real shame!

  Great value, clean, friendly

  We were very pleasantly surprised! The newly renovated rooms, the friendly staff, the beachfront location and the included breakfast made our stay very enjoyable. This hotel is great value for money. Yes, the breakfast buffet is not 5star, but perfectly adequate for a 3star hotel. The (free) bicicles are not the newest but get you to town and some even have baby seats. The Bagno Stefano at the beach is run separately from the hotel but worth mentioning. You rent the beach chairs and umbrellas from them, and the snack bar makes good pasta as well as delicious spritz cocktails.
