  Sencillo pero correcto

  Hotel sencillo! los servicios son básicos pero eficientes. Habitación limpia y cómoda, aunque no muy espaciosa. El desayuno poco variado. La carta del restaurante es correcta, y la comida tiene una calidad aceptable. Buena opción en Loviisa.

  If there are no other hotel choices, then leave ...

  According to my recent experience and compared to the Finnish standard, this is a modest hotel at all. I didn't like it. The room was clean but not stylish of comfortable. The bed had to be a double bed, but not. Two separate beds put together. That is not okay for couples. The beds are old. If there are no other hotel choices, then leave this town to another.

  A positive surprise

  When we were looking fo a hotel for one night in Loviisa, I was very reluctant to choose this one. Just looking at the picture of this building did not go well together with my liking of small, individual, family run hotels and my expectations of accomodation in a small, lovely summer town of Loviisa. One should not judge a book by its cover though: the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable - with friendly service. The hotel is centrally located and easy to access by car (or bicycle like us) and has plenty of parking spaces. The rooms were rather standard, but recently refurbished and comfortable. I would like to mention the bathroom which was stylilsh and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was ok. What I would change there is either to serve fresh fruit or no fruit at all - but definately not canned...

  Overall gloomy experience

  Location is good the rest is so so, perhaps for one night stay if you cannot find any better. Furniture pretty worn, bathroom dimly lit, the mattress transfered all my wife's body movements to my my side of the bed, very peculiar experience.

  Helpful Staff and Comfortable Hotel

  The hotel in itself is showing it's age slightly, and the rooms could do with a renovation, but the rooms are kept nice and clean, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite extensive and tasted great. There's free parking in the back yard of the hotel, with quite a lot of spots (20+).
