  Habitacion muy pequeña

  Hotel que para su precio (£125) y categoría (***) tiene las habitaciones y baños pequeños y deficientemente equipados. Por el contrario su personal es amable y atento y el desayuno abundante y de buena calidad.

  A one night stopover in unusual circumstances.

  Technically we should have had to self-isolate in Jersey for 5 days because we had travelled across from France on our way home to Guernsey and because of an change of schedule by Condor Ferries we were no longer regarded as being "in transit". The Jersey Health Authorities and Border Agency staff, however, were really helpful/understanding. They contacted the hotel and were assured that we would be welcome to stay there for the one night (until 4.00 a.m. as our ferry to Guernsey was due to leave at 6.00 a.m.) observing social distancing etc. The staff at the hotel, the receptionist, the restaurant manager, the waitress and the night porter could not have been more helpful and we enjoyed a delicious supper of mussels before trying to get as much sleep as we could before our very early departure. The bedroom was comfortable and all the facilities were spotless. Before we left we were told that we could help ourselves to the breakfast buffet to make up a "picnic" meal to take with us to the ferry. We will definitely book this hotel when we next visit Jersey.

  Excellent accommodation The food is excellent, (breakfast & dinner) which is prepared in their own kitchen. Friendly atmosphere which made the weekend break. Parking is tight, however they do have an overflow car park

  Relaxing break

  Worst noise I've heard in any hotel ever. ceiling are so thin its unbelievable . I let staff know but nothing was done. I had this in room with a balcony ie sea view every night but when nothing was done. and it went on most the nights I was not happy. No apology and this was not a one off night either.. I have never stayed in a hotel were the assistance manager shouts at you and is rude not even a apology. Not how to keep customers returning epically when I was actually trying to help a local buisness whilst we were in lockdown. Two staff members were helpful as could be vera and Taylor.

  Very good

  I stayed 2 weeks, staff is very helpful, nothing is of any issue, everything is easy and simple, the reception team is very good, always there, attentive and professional. Room is large and clean, very good experience and I definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for having me.
