Nice town - average hotelOld fashioned 1950's type decor. Small rooms; reasonable food and average breakfast offered. No private car parking but ample public space opposite. Magnificent Church in the square and an old town combining newish buildings with shops and ancient monumental architecture.

Typical French small town hotel I'm afraid.Like so many small town French hotels this is a tired sort of place, uninspiring and not somewhere you particularly look forward to a return visit. You have to approach it with a sense of humour - eye watering colour schemes, standard continental breakfast, a bar that turns the lights out whilst you are still drinking at 9:30, beds that assume no one is over 5ft 6" - all should be taken with a chill pill or it would get pretty annoying. Luckily there is a fantastic restaurant not far away ( Made in France) that made the stopover a happy experience.

The best hotel in the areaI stayed there for a couple of days. Found a clean and warm room, a good bathroom and a comfortable bed, the restaurant is very good. You cannot ask more for a quick business travel. Tried others, I think this is the best hotel in Vitry. Obviously you have to target the evaluation for the area and the expectations, you will not find a 5 stars here.

Simple and basicNot much to say really, it's OK but nothing to get excited about but there again nothing to much to complain about. I thought the breakfast was a bit too simple and despite there being a jacuzzi bath there was no=where to hang the shower head and no shower curtain. On a group booking our first meal was very good but on our return two weeks later it was a much more simple affair. No secure parking but ample off street parking opposite and only a short walk to the town square.
