  Dirty, Stinky, Terrible place.

  They don't clean rooms everyday. They want you to request if you want your room cleaned for an extra $10. If you need clean towels you need to put them outside your door in the basket otherwise you will not get clean towels. When we checked in the room was not even vacuumed. The garage was full so you have to find your own parking. The stuff is rude and not helpful. Rooms smell bad and carpet is so old and dirty it is plain scary. Very noisy you can hear train horns all night as it is right next to the railroad. The hot water heater tank is limited so not enough hot water. The blanket on the bed was dirty I don't think they wash them either. The tv is so small you can't even see anything from the bed.

  Average accommodation in a great location

  The hotel is a bit old and needs some updates, but they offer decent amenities and a great location with walking access to the French Quarter. No food service or breakfast, but there is a kitchenette in the room so you can make a small meal or store leftovers. There is on-site complimentary parking which is tough to find anywhere else. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always super helpful for tour booking or restaurant recommendations. Limited hot water in the showers and mattresses that could be replaced, so just be prepared for that.

  Great Location

  This resort has a fabulous location right on the edge of the French Quarter. Our two bedroom had plenty of room. A bit disappointed there was only one bath. Not the most up to date, but worth the price for sure since we were able to park . . unheard of in NOLA.

  Awesome place if it weren't for cleaning

  Loved the location, staff and parking but lightbulb was useless so i was in the dark at night and there was some weird gooey thing on the couch that i realized the existence of too late. Gross.. the room itself wasn't bad, really wish I could have used the amazing tub during my stay.

  Great staff, great location. Lacked hot water.

  Staff was amazing. Beautiful aesthetics in main areas. Rooms feel... appropriately old but could benefit from some general improvements. A tankless water heater would make this a five star stay. Came fully stocked but bring your own coffee or pick it up from the local cafe du monde
