  Happy

  This is my 2nd times visit hotel darul makmur after my friend recommendation...basically,there is no point for me to feel unhappy staying here..everything just perfect...friendly staff...nice banquet room..clean and nice room..i love their room service..price is standard suitable with its taste...will come to visit here again..

  Family trip 5 to 7 July 2016

  V had a family room with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed. The single bed is rather small only 3 ft wide though room is spacious. Air con is a noisy. The creamer had harden . One of the saucer even had dried curry stains. Ants were found on the coffee counter. However the service is prompt and staff friendly. Breakfast is provided but food is below average. It is one of the most expensive hotel in Jerantut town. I would say it is below my expectation

  Nice boutique hotel

  Was here for two nights , the room is a bit small but very clean and cosy. It has a ramp for wheek chair guest near the parking lot.The breakfast served was quite adequate in choices.The staffs are quite friendly and courteous. Recommended for travellers who need a stay in Jerantut.

  Clean and Convenience

  Surprisingly Jerantut, Pahang is a big town and Hotel Darulmakmur is the best hotel there. This hotel has a 2 stars rating but they are upgrading their facilities and rooms soon. The hotel has 39 rooms only but upgrading to 70 rooms. The room I stayed is small but the bed was confertable. Room aminities is sufficient including coffee & tea facilities and few Astro chanel. The room is priced RM98.00 nett without breakfast. They have a banquet hall that fits 100 people for dining and 3 small seminar rooms. The breakfast restaurant (Sri Makmur) is small but cozy. They can cater only 40 persons per meal period. To my disbelief, they also offer Room service which I can't get at any 2 stars hotel in Malaysia. At night, dinner is served at 'Tepian Darul Makmur'. which is an open space area. The pricing at 'Tepian darul Makmur' is very reasonable and tasty. Overall, staffs were friendly but shy. Looking forward to stay again especially after they has upgraded.

  The only good things are the staff

  It used to be our favorite hotel and we have been staying here whenever we visit our grandparents for the past 7 years. However, our recent stay we feel so disgusted. The hotel and rooms are not well maintained. The room are not clean at all, there are hair and nuts all over the floor, it was so dusty. There are lizard dungs at the window and on the wall. The carpet are old and its about time to replace a new one. The pillow, bed sheet, comforter are all so gross. We wanted to change the room but the hotel was full. So we asked the housekeeping to clean the room again. It was ok but still not that clean. The only good things are the staff are friendly and helpful. I believe that the money that they spent on swimming pool should have been spent to upkeep the hotel instead. Hopefully the management will keep this into consideration since there are new hotel in town.
