  Muy buena relación calidad-ubicación-precio

  Nos equivocamos inicialmente porque pensábamos ir al Crowne plaza y al final acertamos. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, al lado de la zona del puerto, rodeado de centros comerciales y con un paseito muy agradable hasta el puerto. La habitación era grande, con dos camas de 1.35 y un sofá de 2 plazas + otro de 1 plaza. Las habituales amenities y una agradable yukata. Y esta enfrente de la JR, así que perfecto si te mueves en tren.

  Business hotel near train station & port

  I have spent 3 nights in this business hotel. Its strong point is location since it is in walkable distance to the kobe station and port area. In addition, It is surrounded by shopping mall and restaurants. The weak point is that their guest rooms are a bit out dated. Even though it is very clean, they need to be upgraded in a near future. The breakfast restaurant on the top floor provides good panorama view of Kobe. The restaurant might be crowded in 7 am ;therefore, i suggests to be there a bit later. Wifi service is available in room with out password.

  Hotel in harborland

  Crown palais hotel is already already old but clean With direct access from Kobe station and harborland area like Mosaoic and Umie shopping center via under ground way Walking distance to motomachi china town area

  Great staff, clean room, and convenient location

  Stayed for a week. The reception were great, always very polite and friendly, and ready to help. The spa was good to relax in after a long day of walking and sight seeing. I did not have breakfast but I did visit the restaurant for its buffet lunch. Limited selection but almost every dish was tasty. Hotel is conveniently located next to Kobe Station, close to Harborland and Motomachi/Chinatown shopping areas. Would stay again on my next visit to Kobe.

  You can spend no worries of the trip with children

  It was a trip to my father and an 8-year-old child who loved railways. I chose this hotel because it is a superior hotel, but the price is almost the same as a budget-friendly hotel. I felt it was a good hotel for small children. A trip with children is an endless worry. For example, if my child is noisy, if I fall in the rain while holding my child's luggage, if my child dislikes eating at the hotel, if my child gets dirty, and so on. This hotel can ease these worry. First, the rooms are spacious and spacious, with solid walls.If there is not much noise, it seems that there is no need to bother the next room. Second, you can get there from JR Kobe Station and other stations without getting wet. Third, there are some fast food restaurants, buffet restaurants and sweets cafes nearby. And you can buy groceries at supermarket "Gyomu Super". And If you don't have enough children's clothing, you can visit nearby apparel stores such as Nishimatsuya and Shimamura. If you want romantic, this hotel has some disadvantages. For example, there are places where equipment repairs are not perfect. Even on higher floors, the night view is not fantastic. But those shortcomings are not important for us. We used optional spa and were able to spend comfortably. 22 JR
