    Muy bueno frente al mar

    Estuvimos solo una noche de paso para ir a Venecia asi que mucho no lo usamos. El desayuno era bueno y la zona donde se encontraba ubicado tambien. las habitaciones no eran muy grandes pero para pasar la noche estaban mas que bien.

    Would go again!

    There are pros and cons. Pros is: literally on the beach, free parking, back side of hotel is on the pedestrian area, extremely friendly staff, good breakfast, swimming pool and own private beach and rest area with sun-beds on the grass, new bathrooms. Cons are: furniture in room could be renovated, central air conditioning in rooms, if room do not have renovated bathroom it would be closer to 3*. But when you summarize all I give them 5* especially because of the staff. :-)

    BRILLIANT CHOICE

    We are group of 8 very mature ladies who have been going away together for a few years now. We all require individuals rooms so finding a hotel that suits us all & one that can give us the separate rooms at a reasonable price with good facilities & excellent food can prove quite difficult. Well we were certainly very lucky when choosing Croce Di Malta in Jesolo. What a find & what lovely staff, so helpful each & everyone of them. We were all allocated double rooms on the top floor all next to each other with side sea views which were stunning. The hotel is situated right on the lovely golden sandy beach with sun beds for hotel use only. The rooms had a safety deposit box, no deposit required & no charge for the use of it as in a lot of other hotels we have stayed in. Plenty of hanging wardrobe space with decent hangers & there was even bathroom scales in the wardrobe. The rooms had a a double bed which was very comfortable & the pillows were comfortable too. A small fridge was also in the room. Heating & air conditioning. The bathroom had a shower & a bidet & shaving mirror. I would like to point out though that the shower cubicle was set on a plinth & this did prove a little difficult for some of the ladies getting in & out of the shower, perhaps a non slip bath mat may have helped. Throughout the hotel everywhere was so clean & tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were excellent, a great choice of hot & cold food, a fresh squeezed orange juice machine, fresh fruit & warm pastries, filter coffee & a Nescafe Nespresso machine. We had a choice of dinners which we had to chose the evening before. There was a wonderful salad bar to start with, the choice was so fresh & lovely that we all filled up on it, the bread & rolls were delicious. We then found the next 3 courses a bit too much. The first course was various pastas & soups, the portion size is about the same as I would serve for a main course. The Mains were delicious, great choice of meats, fish & vegetarian all served piping hot. Sometimes we mixed things up by having the starters as our mains or just bypassing the starter altogether. The desserts were equally as lovely & one night we asked if the chef could make us a pavlova which he did & it was the best pavlova I had ever had with a custard cream in the middle. The night before we left one of our group was celebrating a birthday, The manager & staff came out at breakfast singing happy birthday & gave us all a glass of sparkling wine. In the evening they presented her with a beautiful cake with firework candles & another bottle of bubbly. Then the manager gave her the most beautiful present of a book of coloured plate photographs of reflections of Venice. What a lovely gesture, thank you so much. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff, They arranged for the transfer from & back to the airport, when we arrived the manager & a couple of staff came out to welcome us & carry our luggage in & it was delivered up to the corridor of our floor. I had asked if we could have a kettle in our rooms but the hotel only had 4 kettles so they were placed in every other room which was no problem at all. Two of the ladies were sisters so they were allocated connecting rooms. We were able to buy our tickets for our visit to Venice & even a member of staff walked with us to show us the way to the bus stop. The pool was heated & the hotel supplied towels & robes. Its a lovely walk along the promenade into the town of Jesolo. When we stayed in the resort it was the 2nd week of October & all the hotels & shops were closed. It was very quiet but non of the group minded this as they enjoyed the quiet of the area. The hotel did have some coach parties stay at the hotel so there was plenty of atmosphere in the hotel. We can all thoroughly recommend this hotel for quality of comfort, food, cleanliness & friendliness. We would love to return again. Thank you to all who help make it a wonderful holiday.
