  Located just at Krupowki, renovation needed

  The Orbis hotel in Zakopane I chose because I have to stay in the city center. If I will not have to I recomend totally the Mercure hotel or sth outside the center. The hotel is situated just in the city center and easilly to find. Just on main street The building looks like old building but any other is not renovated near it. So it do not attracts the guests. On ground level just next door to hotel is the fast food restaurant The staff is doing very good work that guests do not feel the old atmosphere. The hotel need the renovation from inside and outside. The hotel do not have it's own parking lots. The rooms are clean but made in an old hotel style. Really small room, but with a view to main street - always noisy. They are not modern. No flat tv. The breakfast service - You can choce the breakfast from the menu, there is no buffet. Really better avoid this hotel and give the owners a case to think about to renovate the hotel - especially inside.

  Good amenities but nothing to write home about

  Decent, but not spectacular. Pretty good breakfast buffet (convenient)...albeit I didn't take advantage. Very dated rooms and setup. Just look at pictures online. That being said, if the price is right, go for it. I've stayed at worse.

  nice location & a no can do attitude

  it is like the time has stopped... the place is in a desperate need for renovation. old rooms, furniture that should have been replaced years ago... and the staff that mentally are still in the old communist times... the swimming pool looks exactly how I remember it from 20 years ago... hopefully they have changed the water since then at least once...
