  Cozy and friendly service

  Ive visited other Hotel Cozzi properties before and this is my first time to stay in Cozzi Kaohsiung for celebrating my fathers birthday! Front staff are very kind and being patient with answering questions to my mom about room rate and breakfast included issues! Were located at a lovely floor with great views and Im sure it gonna be a good stay this time! Thank you.

  Spacious room & nice breakfast

  Located in Sanduo Shopping District where all the famous department stores gathered. Only 3 mins walking distance from the MRT station, which is 17 mins ride from Zouyin High Speed Rail station/ MRT. The hotel occupies level 24-30 of the building. The lobby is located on the 30th floor. The room Ive stayed is the COZZI room with windows. Surprisingly spacious room with large bathroom. I love the fitting of the room, modern and simple. Breakfast dinning is located on the 30th floor, providing spectacular view of Kaohsiung city. The breakfast costs $420 pp with wide range of choices from eastern to western cuisine.

  Comfortable and clean hotel with excellent location!

  Being a resident of Kaohsiung, we stayed at this hotel as part of our family staycation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The hotel is located right next to MRT Sanduo District station and is surrounded by at least 4 department stores. We received an upgrade to a Corner Room due to the rate we booked. Check-in took a bit of time due to all the COVID-19 precautions, which was understandable. The room we were given was huge and had a nice view of the city. However, it was also extremely hot when we arrived because the room was facing west. We turned the AC to max and it still took quite some time to cool down the room. Some can soda and fruits were placed in the room along with bottled water. The bed was large in Taiwanese standard and comfortable. Shower showed a bit of age with visible rust here and there. Since we were staying with our son, the hotel offered amenity for children such as children slippers and toothbrush/toothpaste as well as children shampoo. What a thoughtful gesture! The only disappointment is the hotel elevator and parking. Parking was difficult to find especially on a busy weekend while elevator connecting parking and the hotel lobby took forever to arrive. Other than that, Cozzi Kaohsiung exceeded our expectation and we will definitely recommend it to our friends who are visiting the town.

  Cozy with excellent location

  It's my first time to stay in Cozzi as one of CATHAY HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT. The location is excellent but confused when arrival that it's in a Commercial building and the lobby is on the rooftop 30Floor with two sets of evaluators. Breakfast was average but the view from the restaurant was good. It's good for business traveler with fair prices.

  Excellent view & location. Modern & comfortable rooms. Renovated from a commercial block.

  Excellent view & location. Big department store opposite, with food court & restaurants. MRT (underground) 2 min walk. Modern & comfortable rooms. Nicely decorated. Owner is from property development background so makes excellent use of various building materials. Not the expensive options yet giving a pretty good finish with style. Room equipped with a massive fancy bath tub. Very good size room. Renovated from a commercial block with glass wall. Lobby NOT on ground floor but at top floor together with the (breakfast) restaurant and bar. The view from (breakfast) restaurant is superb overlooking Kaohsiung harbour and skyline. Breakfast is very good. Good 4-stars quality. Car Park - That needs big improvement!! The basement car park spaces are small size with NOT WORKING machinery (double decker) parking. And it's not enough!! [management, please remove the NOT WORKING machinery (double decker) to free up car park space!!!] It also provides free parking coupon for the open air car park opposite the hotel.
