  Great place for kids

  We two adults stayed 2 nights. Large room reasonably priced located next door to a large shopping area, so great location. Breakfast buffet was typically Asian with omelet bar and some Western choices and tasted good. Popular with kids due to electric car driving track on the roof outside the restaurant and lots of Cartoon Network characters. We may have been the only guests at the time without kids but enjoyed the show and loved the stay. Would stay there again

  Great stay in Tainan

  Experienced room accommodation for my 1st visit which is enjoyable and also suitable for the children to have fun there. Friendly staff extended courtesy service in particular for highlighting Grace who offered Star service at concierge. However, the downside the hotel should offer alternate item dishes for breakfast selection instead of the same dishes to be served daily.

  First time staying at this hotel, rooms big reception staff,excellent, good service, but not the morning breakfast, chef not friendly ask him to make me sunny eggs, he told me they don't make ,only fried eggs,than after some unhappy remarks, he told me than he will ask the chef to do it,but that was about 15 to 20mins later, spoilt my appetite,ask them to top up pineapples, answer was yes,but never come,only another 15mins later ,staff very good only the chefs needed to do something

  Great facility and location but staff need better training. (not tour bus friendly)

  Our family arrived in a mini tour bus, there were 13 of us. Our bus driver contacted the hotel prior to arrival but was told that there's no place to drop us off. The hotel entrance is located in between a mall and a small park so the only vehicle accessible place for drop off is in the underground parking garage. Our mini tour bus is too big for the underground path so we were dropped off on the side of the street and walk to the hotel. (which in most case isn't a big deal but we had 2 seniors with limited mobility and it was raining on that day) When we were greeted by the staff on the side of the street, the gentlemen told our bus driver that guests did not call ahead to inform them about arriving in tour bus. SINCE WHEN guests of hotels are OBLIGATED to call ahead to inform hotel about their transportation arrangements? It was very upsetting to hear that from the staff. To be fair, the hotel itself is great. Amazing location with great attention to detail for kids. The only thing that ruined the experience for us was the attitude from the staff that greeted us.

  Best hotel for kids ! If you are on the fence just do it! Very crowded tho

  Ok! If you are on the fence on whether to take a family trip here with the littlies, just do it , they will love it . This is a great disneyland alternative! And the bonus is Tainan is one of the best cities if you love food (especially street food) and culture- so something for everyone. Sure its a little crowded here, but staff were very friendly and not overwhelmed. There was some plush toy promo and a staff member gave our kid one even though they didnt have to . Its stuff like that you remember! Great job guys.
