PerfectThe hotel and staff were great. Located right next to the slopes the hotel had everything we needed. Easy access to/from slopes and ski lockers. The evening meals were lovely, the staff doing all they could to provide a vegetarian option. Unfortunately we all fell ill during our short stay with the usual mountain bugs. Our room overlooked the lively Umbrella Bar, not great when youre lying in bed ill. Great place to stay.

New Years EveAlthough having been a regular guest for years to the hotel both in summer as well as in winter, this trip marked the first time around New Years eve and there with peak-season. Although it was just an unusual short stay of only three nights, it was as good as any of my previous stays. The New Years Eve dinner was varied, delicious and a perfect demonstration of what the hotel restaurant has to offer. My stay was in one of the few remaining older rooms, which are still very good But having stayed in one of the new rooms as well, the old one does feel a bit outdated. The beds are good, but if could be a bit longer (not an unusual issue in France). If there are points of criticisms, it would be the hallway with the ski-lockers and the lockers themselves. The latter are a bit cramped if both wider skis are combined with large size ski-boots. Furthermore, if multiple guests are trying to access a locker, it might get a bit finicky and cramped. All in all, it confirmed why I have stayed at the hotel so many times before, and why I will continue to go there in the future.

BEST APRES SKI. GREAT BURGERS!!!!!!!I LOVED this place. The atmosphere is amazing for apres ski. Great music. Great wine. Great burgers and chips. Overall a fantastic time. Definitely worth going to. Opens late aswell. A lot of fun!!! I really really enjoyed spending my apres ski time here - everyone is on such a good buzz. Great vibes. One day we got ham and cheese paninis here - they smelled so strong so be aware of that - still tasted okay!!

The best locationThe hotel is the best location in Deux Alpes, being right beside the Jandri Gondola. There is a free car park (about 6 spaces) but there is also a free public car park right next door. The room seemed to be recently decorated which was lovely however, for the size of the bathroom it would have been great to have a bath to soak in. The door to the bathroom was a very flimsy sliding door and so you can hear (and smell) everything coming from the bathroom. The room was extremely hot and it seems that you cannot amend the temperature yourself so if you like to be hot then you will be very happy. There is a safe and a hair dryer and toiletries provided. The ski room is basically a corridor full of lockers so there is not much room for you to put your boots on so as long as you are the only people in there then it's ok. The service is great, food is amazing but too rich for me as it was similar to having a "posh dinner" every night. They are very accommodating for any dietary requirements. The Umbrella bar is attached to the hotel and has great music and apres ski but it's only loud until about 7pm. The wifi is not good and I think this is just standard for this hotel, even though reception mention this when you arrive and make it sound like it's a recent problem.

Absolutely Faultless!Booked this hotel as a result of the number of fantastic reviews across multiple sites and we werent proved wrong. Such a comfortable, cosy and really stylishly furnished hotel. Kingsize really comfy bed, always hot rainfall shower, loads of storage space in the room. Breakfast to cater for all nationalities with a really great coffee machine. Half board food was exceptional, would highly recommend. Location is perfect, set back a minutes walk from the centre of the resort, right on the slopes and very near to ski school meeting points. Umbrella bar next door is pretty cool with a great buzz! Fantastic hotel soundproofing, no disturbance from the bar which closes at 7 anyway (open at 4). We really would recommend a stay here, we loved everything about it!
