ok hotelWe stay here because San Marino trip. 150m from the beach. Beaches: Sea around Rimini is very very very average. Hotel Corallo is without swiming pool, but You have free entry to the hotel Fabio 200m walking distance.

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCEWe stayed in this hotel this last weekend for 4 days with our local volley ball team. The hotel staff were not at all good mannered, when we told the waiter that our tablecloths were dirty he said "well i wasn't the one to dirty them" !!!! We found a hair in the joghurt one morning and the whole bowl was taken away not to be replaced that day or the day after . We found an eyelash in the chicken and the same waiter said "well it's not mine" !!! He was very rude and laughed in our faces which was not at all professional. Usually it's good manners on behalf of the reception to have a smile on their faces when receiving guests, this was not so in our case. The rooms were in need of a good hand of paint as the wall paper was peeling off. The showers only had a curtain but the level of the floor being all the same meant flooding all over the place and water coming out into the bedroom. We had to use the towels to dry up. In some of the rooms towels were not changed for the whole period. Old fashioned furniture could be okay if not broken or worn out. We had to keep asking for the bread basket to be filled up during meal times, this should have been done spontaneoulsy. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

Without knowledge of Italian there is nothing to doFor the first time I encounter the fact that the hotel staff makes round eyes in bewilderment, when you are at the reception desk trying to ask basic things in English. Yes, I know English far from perfect, but only its basics, but the staff of this hotel does not even know the basis of the English language. So you ask in English "how much?" or "what is it?" and the staff are not even able to say "I do not speak English, sorry." Not! They just stand with bulging eyes on you. This is me about a peasant of about 45, but there is a girl there 20 years old and she also does not understand a word in English. This is a shock) An interesting point, when you check in, they give you some kind of paper by itself in Italian, paper with a table. If you're lucky, you will connect to a weak Wi-Fi (there is almost no it when people in the canteen have lunch / dinner) and you will begin to translate. Only there will be no sense in this!)) Since this, as it turned out, the names of Italian dishes that need to be selected the next day) If you are not an expert in Italian cuisine (And there are no simple dishes like pizza / bolognese), then you need to google the dish and watch google photo. Another lot of small jokes. 1) the water in the shower is not completely washed off and stands on the floor (there is no special tray), so when you go to the toilet, your feet will be wet and you will carry this water by number, so it is easy to fall on the wet tile; 2) in the so-called "restaurant" we had dinner and we fed the child a silver spoon. We forgot it on the table when we returned on the morning and asked about the spoon - we were shown only their metal spoons (we asked showing the question on the phone screen in Italian, because nobody understands English there). It is clear that the guests could not take the silver spoon presented by the grandmother. Silver spoon assigned someone from the staff. 3) in our room, in which we were settled with a CHILD of 2 years, there was a lamp without a plafond with bare wires. Realizing that at the reception I do not understand a word of English, I immediately took a picture of the lamp and translated the word "problem" into Italian, with which I went to the reception. There they agreed with the problem and made it clear that they would take it. What was our surprise when we returned from the sea, we saw that the glass ceiling was wound up hastily brown (!) Scotch (!) In one and a half turn (!), That is, the ceiling light and just about to fall off. And so about everything in this hotel ... 4) The hotel has an elevator, but we were forbidden to climb it on the 3rd floor. Not only us, but also other hotel guests. In the elevator they put only 3 of our suitcases, and we ran up the stairs and take)) The elevator for the suitcases, but not for people - yes, this hotel has such a miracle! I think the management of the hotel, instead of chasing after the tatal savings, would be worth paying attention to the basic service at the hotel, staff training and proper attitude to the guests.
