  Very good hotel

  Very nice children-friendly hotel. The personnel is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is ok - vegetables are missing. The hotel has two swimming pools and rents bicycles for 3h for free. You can also get beach towels for 1,5 at the reception. The beach is just opposite of the beach - yet sunbeds and sunshades have to be paid extra. Very much recommended! We enjoyed our stay!

  Terrible

  I stayed at this hotel with a large group of family and friends. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff was rude, the service was awful and the rooms were dirty (particularly the bathrooms).

  Rubbish hotel.

  Simply a rubbish hotel and its the small things that make it rubbish... The reception staff are terrible: When we arrived we were told there was no parking available. Rather than being shown somewhere else to park we were sent out onto the street to park and work out the rather complicated parking machine for ourselves. It was only when a rather nice concierge came to help that things got sorted and he miraculously found us a parking spot in the garage (quite why the miserable receptionist couldnt have sorted this in the first place I dont know). We tried to use the free bicycles but my daughter is 3 years old so we needed a bike with a child seat. None were available. Nor were they available the 2nd evening. The 3rd evening we were finally given keys to a bike... with no child seat. Only when we complained did we finally get a correct bike. We attended the swimming pool and despite not a single other person being in or around the pool my daughter was told she could not play in the water with a ball. I appreciate that toys may not be allowed in the water but please exercise some common sense if the place is empty! We were also charged for use of pool towels, which seems pretty poor service in this day and age. We were also charged for bottled water in the bedroom - something Id expect to be complimentary. The bedroom was small and came with 2 rather thin, well used pillows - which admittedly were replaced by the nice housekeeping staff when we complained. There is no ironing facility in the room nor any way of ironing clothes such as shirts. In the end I had to pay housekeeping to do it. Id normally expect an ironing board and iron to be available. The rooms, albeit dated are kept clean though. At breakfast the food is average and the toaster takes AGES to cook toast (just invest in some decent equipment)! In fairness the restaurant manager is nice though...Coffee is also charged extra. Its a hotel that whilst dated could actually be ok if the service was more attentive. We were not even asked how our stay was when we checked out. Unfortunately for me it was an expensive disappointment despite the lovely concierge and housekeeping staff. Cervia is lovely and very family friendly with great beaches and restaurants. The old town is gorgeous. Well certainly be returning to the town but will be more careful about the hotel we pick next time.

  Hermoso Hotel y Ubicación Ideal Frente al Mar

  1era Vez..y no será la única....muy lindo lugar y Atención excelente,linda habitación con balcón vista al mar,piscina,ascensores vidriados,edificacion de no mas de 7/8 años...a pesar que el Hotel data de mucha historia...salobes ibternos espaciosos...restó,sala de desayunos,estar....variadas opciones para desayunar...etc,etc.

  Average hotel

  This hotel to me is very average and certainly not worth 4* superior rating. The reception staff is not very helpful concerning the parking spaces we've ordered. The room (for 3 persons) is very small. I expect for 3 persons to at least have 3 seats on the balcony and not 2! It's also quite expensive for what you get. The bathroom is also very small, especially for 3 adults. It was not high season yet, so a lots of rooms were still available, why not offer a suite a a way of publicity? We got this several times in other hotels. The pillows were very thin and there were no extra in the closet. The toaster at breakfast takes ages. The piccolo man was very friendly though.
