  El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor. Realmente me senti muy comodo. Los cuartos son excelentes, el personal de primera, muy buena atención. Todo impecable y con detalles muy cuidados respetando el encanto del entorno, lo recomindo!!

  Ski Week 25th Feb 2020

  My son and I stayed in this hotel as part of a group of 8 friends for a skiing week. We had a thoroughly fabulous week and the hotel staff led by Mr Costanzo were outstanding in their various roles. I suffer from a bad back and when I enquired about a different type of mattress for my bed they immediately found an orthopedic mattress for my bed which solved my discomfort straight away. The food in the dining room was abundant and extremely varied and tasty and on a couple of occasions bad weather forced us down to an early skiing finish we lunched in the pizza restaurant which was also excellently staffed and provided delicious food. We regularly made use the wellness centre which was very well appointed and the sauna, steam rooms and jacuzzi were most welcome after a hard day on the ski slopes. The only improvement I can suggest is that the wellness centre could open a little earlier than 3pm for use by early ski finishers. The locker room was most useful for stowing skis and equipment. The rooms were a decent size with well appointed en-suite bathrooms all well heated and maintained by the chamber maids.

  Extremely Disappointed

  Disliked · We booked and paid for accommodation in full, in July 2019. It was expensive but we decided to give it a go after being warned by others, that "this hotel has stuffed us around in the past". We arrived to find out there was no room for us, we were relocated to a sister hotel which we we did not like at all. We were finally relocated to our original hotel (Soreghes) 1 week later. I strongly believe we were relocated to the other hotel because we booked through Booking. com, they would have made more money from taking their own bookings. On a few occasions we used the wellness center to find the spa was cold and other water facilities were not available to use. The Wellness Center was a major influence on our decision to try this hotel. To be told when going to use the pool that we need a swimming cap for the cost of 1 euro, was the last straw. We could not use the gym when we wanted to and the gym staff were rude and demanded that sand shoes be worn whole doing our own yoga. In general the waiting staff were rude during breakfast sittings and some staff smelt of BO. The heating in the rooms were set way too high, most nights we had to sleep with the windows open. On one occasion it took 3 staff members over 20 minutes to change a cash sale to a room charge. It was embarrassingly disorganization. We would not recommend this hotel chain to anyone, it is expensive and not worth the money for what they provided. The managers tried their hardest to accommodate, but unfortunately the damage was done. Extremely disappointing.

  Excellent Stay at the Soreghes Hotel

  Just returned from a fabulous ski trip in the Italian Dolomites where we stayed at the Soreghes Hotel in Campitello. We have been skiing in many countries and stayed in lots of resorts and this is without doubt one of the best holidays we have had. The skiing is excllent and the Hotel Soreghes was fantastic. The rooms, amenities, food and hospitality was first class. We were a party of eight and everyone remarked on what a great holday it had been. Would certainly recommend staying here and will defintiely return soon. Thank you to the friendly management and staff that helped make this a special holiday.

  Hotel bien situado, muy cerca del tele cabina Coll rodello. Habitaciones muy limpias, buena comida de menu y un trato especialmente amable por todo el servicio Un buen sitio para esquiar en los Dolomites
